Stopped by to try a new oil change place and was pleasantly impressed and surprised at how much they charge!i was treated really well and the staff got me in and out in a quick lube fashion. The Manager Haley was very funny and her customer service was on point.I will 100% be back next change! They got themselves a new a customer for life. Thanks so much! :)

Had my last oil change there in June and had to use the synthetic oil cause it was all they had for my truck. It was a quick oil change and out the door. Same experience as others, lots of people sitting around and one worker. Cost was a little over $120 for just the oil change. So now it’s September and my brother in law notices oil on his driveway and let’s me know I have a leak. Turns out the pennzoil filter was leaking due to miss alignment. Checked the oil and I was just shy of 2 quarts low. My truck has 106,000 miles on it and the oil has been changed every 5000 miles and this low quality place is the only one that screws up the oil filter change. All of my previous oil changes have been with a GM dealer with zero issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY HAVE NO PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP. And please no reply or apologies will change what could have been disastrous.

Worst place ever! Should close up shop due to the amount of shame they should feel. 3 guys working or at least present. I pull in with 1 car in bay 1 in line. 3 workers only 1 bay running. 1 wait over an hour for my turn. That is more than 30 min. per vehicle to change the oil... I go to pull up and am told "you have to take your trailer hitch off" don't know what my hitch has to do with an oil change! Guy said they had someone smack their head a while back now all hitches must come off. My hitch is rusted in. My fault but never a problem. I wind up leaving because the guy baffled me and I didn't want to argue with stupid. I don't know why the pit monkey would be up and down during an oil change. There were 2 other people there. This place is awful! Should shut down due to utter shame!

My brother and I were on a 22 hour roadtrip to a convention. His car needed an oil change because he forgot to get one before the trip. We were worried it would interrupt our plans of another long day of driving. We stumbled upon the Quick Lube. They service was great, the product they had was great as well. Surprised us as well, how long the full synthetic oil could go. Great guys, we had a laugh with them, and They open early and do great work!

I thought I got great service until my car started stalling and I found it was bone dry of oil. I had a double oil change with my husband so we checked the other vehicle, also bone dry. I’ll never go back here.

I went for an oil change and they refused to do one for me because my hood shock was broken. I went to Midas right next door and they got me in and out no problem.

Staff was less than interested in service. I get it it might be repetitive work but you can always "fake it".Almost hundred and twenty dollars for oil change for synthetic? This used to be the go to place.Kid with brown hair and glasses was cashier and was less than helpful. Older guy with beard was the ground guide. He was leaning on garage door sorta pointing a thumb but could not tell which way he wanted us to turn. Looked like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world than here. Doesn't really instill confidence he will put max effort in.Did not recognize any of the staff from last time. Just a let down because they used to be quicker and more efficient than Tireman but just found out they were 80.00 for oil change with coupon.O-well I guess I'll have to change places.Thanks for the response but you can't find it by screen name but here are some receipts and current sticker.

I had an oil change and a day later my battery died (no connection to the oil change). When the battery was being replaced, I noticed the windshield washer fluid was very low so I filled it. My oil change receipt says my windshield washed fluid was filled, it was obviously not filled. Also says radiator fluid was added but I wonder now if that was done. I don’t like leaving someplace where I paid $91 for a list of included services that were supposed to be done, but I know at least one was not, and then wondering if the other items on the list were actually done, and this is not the first time the washer fluid was not added but listed on the receipt as added. Don’t mind paying when everything is done, but paying for things that are not done is just a rip-off.Service: Oil change

I have come here in the past when in a pinch because they are fast. That's about all they have going for them. Today, (November 2022) the technician who checked me in and completed my transaction never clarified what type of oil I wanted, nor the price. Not sure how the air pressure in my tires was nor what else they noticed. When he gave me the total, I had no clue what they actually had done to my car. I then asked a few questions to check on what I had been told could pose a future problem -- a leaky gasket cover. His response was that he had made a note on my receipt. When prodded, he said that it was pretty bad and that I'd have to take it somewhere full service. Ok, fine, thank you ... but isn't that something you should suggest? How about telling me if it's urgent? A second mechanic jumped in and actually tried to give me some information -- but then added that, oh yeah, your tires don't look good (that wasn't a note on my receipt). I appreciate their speed but definitely left clear on the fact that your $100 oil change doesn't include any insight to take care of your car. Will I come again?Sure, if I am on a time crunch and have no illusions of customer service.Service: Oil change

Arrived seven minutes early. A worker manuevered the "closed" sign to where I parked. Then was told I couldn't wait there cuz "fights break out",then the manager said they couldn't service my 2016 tundra. Very bazaar. Actually told me most people go to Costco.

Ok, everytime I went in the past for a oil change basically they would ask which one I wanted ( milage and price) and when completed they show you the dip stick and what the level of oil is showing what I would like to know why wasn't this done yesterday when I went there??You did a oil change and basically told me what to pay, never asked me before hand what I wanted nor showed the dip stick?? Very disappointed. Gunna have to check it to make sure y'all put oil in it...who knows. You've lost a customer. 3 men who seemed like I was bothering their stand around time. Didn't feel wanted, but remember without customers y'all won't make it.Service: Oil change
