“Thank you to the ladies (Dana & Samantha) at this store. Today I was called by a scammer to send my new phone back as a wrong order. The ladies took the time because this wasn't the norm for this phone return and found the return address was at a house, not Spectrum. After a call to Spectrum, they verified this call received was a scam. They deserve some credit for taking the time needed and asked questions vs. just printing a label and taking my package. This would have been a few hundred dollars out of my pocket.”
“The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even offered me some complementary tape, unlike the USPS who will only sell you a whole role of tape just to use one piece. Most of the one star reviews for this location are directed at FedEx deliveries, which this store is not responsible for.”
