Eric the pharmacist has been so sweet when I have been helped by him. However, when it tends to be other staff; phones don’t get picked up, staff is impatient with my questions, and filling speed is… not good. It shouldn’t take two hours to fill a single script. (Hence the 3 stars)

Eric the pharmacist came over and talked to me and my husband about 2 medications that were both blood thinners. We were unaware of this and we appreciate him telling us ! His doctor took him off of 1. Really thank him for this. Plus all the clerks are very friendly to us

I dropped off my prescription at the drive thru to be refilled. The pharmacist said she could refill it right then while I waited. Only took her a few minutes. That saved me a second trip. I really appreciate this pharmacy for going above and beyond for their customers.

Customer no service. Poor communication. Make an appointment and get put in the queue with everyone else that just walks in. God forbid if you have to call and talk to someone in the pharmacy. Walgreens picks up every time first time. No appointment necessary for shots. Rite aid customer no service.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They’re typically busy, but they’re always very friendly and professional and incredibly efficient. They’ve definitely made me a loyal customer, I appreciate them!

Every single time I call the pharmacy, no one picks up. I call first thing in the morning, they don’t pick up. I call in the middle of the day, they don’t pick up. How am I supposed to know if my prescription is ready if no one will pick up the phone? Horrible customer service.

I had a much longer version of this review, but Google thinks it's too long.This store ceased to be an Amazon Hub Center without warning. I had just picked up an order two days after the manager claimed this store stopped taking Amazon deliveries, and was not informed of any change at that time.I was informed by the manager in just about the most rude way possible; I think she enjoyed being rude too much! Whether she just didn't like me or Amazon or both is unclear.After a nearly hour-long call with two patient women at Amazon, we found the thing. The delivery somehow ended up at another Rite-Aid, and the electronics are fine! I'm lucky; at this store, the rep threw packages around only after I had repeatedly asked her to check for my order. I never had such lousy service here before!I'd picked up a half-dozen Amazon packages here without incident prior to this last time. And it IS the last time!One Amazon rep suggested it was possible that a store might be removed from the Hub Program after many complaints; I wouldn't be surprised if this happened here.After this, I will not trust Rite-Aid again; don't bother with the pat answer.

I love that they have a drive thru for your prescription needs and you can get over the counter products through there also
