I am DISGUSTED by the experience I had here. I, a South American woman, felt racially discriminated as I was in this store. The workers stalked me around as if I was going to steal something, whilst there were massive groups of white teenage girls strolling around the store. The employees kept making direct eye contact with me and whispering into their mics, and there was always an employee peeking over the shelves, watching me like I was some type of thief. I understand shop-lifting is a real problem, especially in a store like sephora, but this was just too much. Some people might say i’m being dramatic, and that the workers are just doing their job, but this was not the case. They constantly tormented me, asking if I needed help, over and over, sometimes more than once by the same person. I feel utterly disgusted by this experience, and I most definitely will not be coming back.

staff is so friendly here. i come here after my hair appointments, and the staff is so friendly and nice. specifically the shorter man w curly hair and the nice bald man w glasses (sorry, i forget names lol) .thank u :)

I enjoyed my experience i was able to find the products i was looking for i have a skin condition where i really needed help and one person that stood out to me was Kyla i believe she recommended great skin care i and an amazing skin scan which I’ve never had and was very comfortable with her and made me feel very welcome, on the other hand i had noticed the manager i believe her name was Alison was rolling her eyes and making me feel very uncomfortable as i said i do have a skin condition and she constantly was staring as if the person that was helping me wasn’t doing it right and overall just felt judged by her and not welcomed. I love that i finally was able to see diversity out here but definitely want to see the manager be more attentive to the diversity and things that make her uncomfortable.

I’d love to leave 5 but being followed around like my two girls and I were going to steal something and then being very blatantly stared at and made to feel unwelcome by what I imagine was the manager, really left a bitter taste in my mouth. In their defense, I wasn’t exactly dressed up at the time but never judge a book by its cover they say. I hope to use this as a learning experience and watch my own employees’ interactions with customers.

Coming from someone who works in the customer service field I had to come on here and share my experience in the store today. I’m leaving 4 stars because I had a lot of help from a young lady named Juliana. She was so attentive and extremely nice! She even spoke Spanish! Brittany was really helpful as well. Both of those ladies were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The reason for the missing star is because their manager is extremely rude. Her name was Alison and if she’s going to be rolling her eyes at her customers then maybe she shouldn’t be working with customer service.

I went in looking for a certain brand of concealer but they only sell it online. So I ask the sells girl " Olivia" what other brand she would recommend she was so helpful and I've ended up loving the brand she recommended!

I realize I'm not a size 2 and a young 20 year old but on my first visit at this facility I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge me. The 2 girls that were working were to busy talking about their personal lives. It was very obvious I had no clue what I was looking at and needed help. Especially when i stopped right in front of them and stared and after 20 minutes I gave up. Guess it's back to Ulta for me where at least they are very attentive.

Asked for a color match between two foundations and she hands me a sponge and points me to a mirror to do it myself. Couldn't believe it. Sephora is really different now.Edit: manager response.... Interesting use of "your expectations" I doubt that kind of treatment would meet anyone's expectations. I see now where the staff gets it from.
