Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Tim . He was truly helpful and did a great job helping me and my husband set up some new phones. Very friendly and was so patient with all our questions.Update 1/31/2024Today went in to get my new phone hooked up and was lucky to have Tim help us again. He truly is one of a kind and does such a great job and is really helpful and friendly. I do have to say any other visits I've made to this Perrysburg location I have had nothing but helpful customer service from every employee I've come into contact with. Always professional and always willing to help with all my questions. I'm sorry I didn't get the salesman's name who helped us order the phones he was super helpful as well.Thankful when I go to this store I feel like they will take care of my phone issues with ease.

I'm sure the lower rating was due to tmobile customer service not this location. I have been trying to get a refund from tmobile since september, I called customer service 3 times and have gone to 2 others stores. I Had the great fortune of having David manager from this store help me today, thankfully. He fiquired it out and finally helped me find out what was going on..

The employees are uneducated in their promotions and every employee tells you something different. T-Mobile in general has very poor customer service. I was with Sprint for years before they switched to T-Mobile and now I’m ready to cancel because this place is a joke and have cost me hundreds and hours of unnecessary stress and headaches.

I have been to the T-Mobile store in Perrysburg at least seven or eight times (to make alterations to my T-Mobile plans and because of a problem with the T-Mobile company) and during this time I had the opportunity to work with three persons: Chelsea, David the manager, and Zac.First, Chelsea: She is extraordinarily helpful. Her techenical knowledge is excellent. Her patience and caring attitude are unforgettable. Most of all her willingness to help -- to come forward and offer help-- was very obvious. She went a long way to help resolve my problem.Second, David--the manager: he definitely has the abilities of a manager: his calmness, serenity, and patience are becoming of him as a manager. He is a real asset to the store.Mr. Zac: he is active and prompt with customers who have come in to make purchases. Beyond purchases he doesn't know anything else. He has absolutely zero patience to solve problems, he struts about the store with his nose in his phone and makes no attempt to come forward and offer help. His knowledge is limited and he gets angry when he is asked questions. He is frankly antagonistic and bigoted.

Racist guy! I was told a hour prior that it was a Samsung in lavender I called. The guy just didn’t want to swipe out my phone.. so he gaslit the situation like I’m. Talking to him a certain way like i Steve 30 minutes away nobody is buying Samsung phones like that !! He was lying very rude unprofessional!! Stick with verizon! He was very racist unprofessional rude I drove to change an un open device and he flipped it as saying I’m being rude what a joke it was the white feminine guy I’m call whomever to report the unprofessional treatment he needs to go if he can’t be more professional and don’t want to do his job!!!!! A previous review says lie through their teeth bingo then wanna manipulate the situation as if the customer did something !he refused to return my phone I said I was canceling because I knew he was lying, I wasn’t confrontational but I did say he was lying so he tried too deny service but went down the street to Oregon return my phone no problem or attitude?

Juanita n Kevin McNulty. We cannot tell you how nice it was to come into a store with caring people.. When Zach and his manager( not sur of his name), was there waiting to help. we had a really bad experience in Michigan and we were here in Ohio to visit a concert. immediately, They both got on line and helped us with everything we needed. They both were really good very kind and very patient!! We can not say enough WONDERFUL things About these 2. They were very knowledgeable we just want to make sure they get a great review and let Everybody else out there to know that they're willing to help in any way they can and they arevery very patient.Thank you guys... Worst cell phone experience of my life. I was lied to, they did not resolve my issue. When I tried to return the phone I bought a week prior I had my receipt everything that came with a phone and the device was only taken out of the box for about 5 hours. They told me that since my carrier was connected to the T-Mobile brand all I would have to do is put my SIM card in and my data would transfer I would be able to use the phone. So I bought the phone outright for full price. When I put my SIM card in it didn't work. I went back to the store on Fremont Pike and they told me there was no way that the process I was instructed to do so I could get my service before or heard about. I just wanted to get a new phone, I asked the right questions multiple times when I bought it, I double checked I did everything I was supposed to do and got nothing but grief for it. The cherry on top was even after they knew everything that happened they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I was unable to get my refund because I did not have my wife's debit card on me and they couldn't just transfer the money back to the account even though I had every single thing necessary to make a return. The whole situation was horrible. I'm super disappointed!

Stopped in today 1/29/23 at 5:00 pm to do a quick swap out of a device. There was a handwritten sign on the door stating “On break back soon” for over an hour. Store closing at 6pm this was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. I would not recommend to anyone. No time when coming back? No other workers? Where is manager? Having customers waiting in the parking lot for over a hour? Very trashy.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I would give negative stars if I could. After watching me struggle to get my number ported over from Sprint for two days straight this store lied to me and made the situation even worse. They told me my trade in was worth more than it was and when I didn’t see the credits they promised and I called back they told me they would look into it and call me back but they never did. So I called back and was told that they had no idea how long it was going to take to get the issue fixed. I called back a few times and sent the manager a few emails with no response and no plan to fix. So now I’m paying for a phone for the next 2 years that should be paid in full already. Customer service is non-existent at this store and they really just don’t care. They’ll lie through their teeth just to make a sale

I have been standing here for 50 minutes watching the one associate on duty (1 is in the back). No sense of urgency, witnessed the associate yell at the two customers in front of me due to their existing accounts not be locked. Asked if I could leave package so I can get on with my night and guy said no I can not and I have to wait. Edit- I got kicked out and he told me to go somewhere else because the people before him messed up and he will be working with them until close

I bought a phone there. When I went to pick it up, the employee created a story why he couldn’t give me the phone. I left when he started gaslighting and raising his voice with his lies. In process disputing the charges with my cc representative. I was also advised to file a police report.

Terrible service. Was told to call customer service to unlock and add an authorized user. Went in the store after already calling customer service and they advised heading into store. Sucks TMobile stopped servicing customers. It's always add a new line. Stop with the games and just buy your own phone.
