I was more impressed when I got an email reminding me to schedule my next oil change. I called this morning and luckily I was able to get in. Their prices are much better than the previous places I’ve dealt with. Ray’s is the ONLY place I will take my jeep. Thank you for great work and great customer service.”

I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. “I needed a major suspension overhaul on my 2012 KIA forte and had another shop give me an estimate of almost $1900. Due to not having that kind of money on hand I put it off longer than I should have. I ended up at Schads for a separate exhaust flex pipe issue and after a great price on that repair I got an estimate from Schads for the suspension and he quoted it at less than half the original. Even with an oil change, tune up and two used tires it still came in a little over half. AND it was done in half a day. John is great and the mechanics are good at what they do. It is now my new mechanic. Well done.”

“My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received here. Last week my husband and I noticed that our heat wasn’t working great in our minivan and started to notice it overheating a little. After further inspection, we could see puddling under the van and my husband did some mild diagnostic work to find out it was our radiator. We took the minivan in (they were able to get us in super quick!) after calling them and they gave us 2 options: do a quick inspection at their fee to ensure it was the radiator before replacing, or just replace the radiator and hope it’s that. We did the inspection and ended up replacing the radiator. Our vehicle is older and they managed to have ONE radiator left for it. They were able to get our car in to check it out by 1300, repair it and have it safely back to us by 1715. Not only were they quick but they were friendly and professional. James was very nice to work with and we will be back for sure! Thanks guys for keeping our van and our family safe and warm!”
