“Everyone very friendly. I bought my truck off the show room floor after test driving an identical truck but different color. While driving home it over heated. I had to wait till the next day because the dealership was already closed. Called them up the next morning and they did an amazing job of getting it into service. Turned out a clamp from the factory was not put on correctly. They fixed that and made sure everything else was good to go. Was very pleased!”

“I was driving from Kentucky to Michigan and my check engine light came on and my car kept jerking so I pulled off the highway and luckily made it safely to Midas. It was 3pm and they were able to get me in immediately. They were able to fix my car and get me on the road by 5pm and that is even getting a part from a nearby store. Not to mention the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put me at ease. Every customer that came in was treated respectfully and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would 100% recommend!”

“We were in Perrysburg from out of town for the loss of a family member. During our drive we noticed the brakes/rotars were pulsating when braking. We looked up local service centers with the best ratings and chose Perrysburg Automall Service Center. We called John and he set us up for the next day. He even said that they had a shuttle service that would transport us home while they worked on it. I was a little skeptical being from out of town and had requested that the old parts be returned as we were told that not one but all 4 rotars and brakes needed replaced. We went with the recommendations. The gentleman who shuttled me home, Dave, was great. He was courteous and very accommodating. He even said if I needed a ride back to get the vehicle, give him a call. They were all fantastic!! Speedy at getting the work done and it drove like a dream. Thank you very much John and Dave for your great care and customer service. Highly recommended to all!!!”

I was originally working with my local dealership and ended up walking away from the deal. I saw that Volvo of Perrsyburg had the exact vehicle I wanted and called Mike. He offered a fair price and we were able to work out a deal in just a few minutes. I live 2.5 hours away, so Mike ensured all of the paperwork was ready to go, the car was detailed and that he was available to personally walk me through the features, get my phone connected, etc. so it was personalized for me when I left the dealership. I was in and out in less than one hour. The car buying does not have to be miserable! Go see Mike and eliminate all of the frustration from the process!”

“I'll try and sum this up as briefly as possible by saying Matt and his team absolutely saved my ass, and did so with nothing but compassion, urgency, and fairness.I live in Upstate New York and happened to be in town for my son's baseball tournament when my front drive shaft snapped rendering my vehicle undriveable. I have a Jaguar F-Pace SUV and as luck should have it, there wasn't a Jag dealership within 2 hours of where I was broken-down. After several hours of waiting for tow trucks and trying to find a garage that could work on my car, let alone fit me in their schedule to even assess the damage, I found Bavarian (Matt). He managed to squeeze me into their schedule on a Friday afternoon, got me up on their lift to take a look, managed to get a beat on a replacement part, and allowed me to leave the car with them for the rest of the weekend with no deposit or credit card.Monday rolls around...I call Matt first-thing in the morning and he confirms the anticipated timeline for the part to arrive and get installed (he said "expect it to be done by Friday" - huge sigh from me but it is what it is...), and I continue making calls for work, responding to emails, and now seeking out a car rental so I could drive back home vs. extending at the hotel (spending hundreds of extra dollars per day), when I get a text from Matt saying "hold on! Don't leave town just yet! I think I've found a part for you and I might be able to get you taken care of later today (Monday) or tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at the latest! ...part arrives, he confirms it fits, he gets it installed, and I have my car back in-hand MONDAY AFTER-FRICKIN-NOON!!! AND...he saved me approximately $600 to-boot! They could've said "nothing we can do", taken advantage of me and gave me a ridiculous price (because what was I gonna do say no...), or simply let it play out until Friday but they were simply amazing and I'll be forever grateful for their effort.Thank you Matt and Team!”
