The service was excellent from start to finish. While I was out of town for work, they even delivered my vehicle back to my parking spot, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated.

“I've took my 2019 Chevy Impala here after I took it to Dave White twice with no luck. I had a transmission issue that was under a tsb and an oil leak. After about 3 hours of my car being there, they figured out my tcm was bad and my front timing cover was leaking. They also had a rental car set up for me and I only had to pay for a transmission flush due to everything else being under warranty. Due to Dave White not finding any issues wrong both times, my warranty was almost gone, about 1k miles away. They had great communication with answering all of my calls and messages, updated me on my car's progress and also sending me a video of the technician inspecting and explaining the tcm and timing cover issue. I do most of my own work but If there's something I can't figure out or have another car under warranty, this dealer is going to be my go to place Chevy wise.”

“I am so happy with this service center. I have an old van and put over $4000.00 in repairs in it at my regular auto shop in the past 3 months. My engine light came on and I found that the car would race in low gear when driving on roadways. My regular garage told me that nothing was wrong that It must be my driving. I took my van to Automall, they did a diagnosis on it, found the problem and fixed in two working days. My tire light was on and my garage did not fill the tires. Automall made sure the tires were full before I left. My husband uses a wheelchair and our van is ideal for our needs. Needless to say, I will return to automall for my service needs. I will also let people know how the service and personnel were. Thank you especially John.

When I got it back from them my steering wheel was crooked with the truck tires straight, I had a wheel rubbing my bumper and a awful pull to the right. Aaron got it all straightened out for me and all my issues disappeared. It was done quickly, and price was great!”

“My car died on the side of the highway and AAA arranged for towing my car to their garage. I was shaken by the cars speeding by just a few feet from me. Melissa at AAA immediately made sure I was okay, arranged for my car to be evaluated and arranged for a ride home for me. When we learned the engine was bad, she stepped in to ensure that I could retrieve my belongings and salvage the car in one trip. Everyone at AAA was so kind to me so I could recover from the trauma of breaking down and Melissa, specifically, made the disposing of my car as painless as possible. Excellent service!”

“Wanted give 5 stars for a lot of reasons it feels like. First time having a car and needed new tires 4 ish days or so ago I got my front passenger side done first during which time of the wait I’m a single mom and a daughter who’s 3 almost 4 with adhd and some things help her some days are rough well keenan I believe is his name helped us out with the tire situation to find which ones I needed during visit and waiting few other guys and one girl was so nice one gave my daughter a color book and crayons help distract her and the tv remote so she could watch something which helped calmed her hyper activity down by a lot. I wish I got their names sadly I didn’t so shout out to whole crew!!!! And came to today I went in get my other tire done which was my driver side front and had them rotated since I’ve already driven it about 11k miles in my Mazda. My daughters hyper activity was worse today some days are worse then others and I forgot some of her stuff aka activities that help at home because I was rushing out the house well some guy stopped talk to her because she loved saying hi to everyone and explaining who I am to her she loves be social she a social butterfly. Can to the end. Keenan was there again helped get through payment process I keep apologizing for how she was being some days are rough for us both I try my best to help her and control situation she loved the belle tire guy on their desk and I had to take it 3 times she was upset because she wished she had stickers but I think they ran out I was afraid to even ask. I was just so tired wanted get him I appreciate the staffs understanding I wanted give the whole crew 5 stars for helping us and even being nice to my daughter and saying hi back when she said hi we need more great people in the world! Definitely recommend for tires as far as I know(: they have done great job on putting mine on and rotating them with no issues on my car! I wanted deeply apologize again if we distrusted the work place long morning! Hope your days get better thank you guys so much!!!!!!”

“We had to have a door replaced due to a collision. Gerber did a GREAT job with it, we couldn't believe it when we saw the new door. You can't even tell anything happened! Fantastic work. My only complaint is how long the repairs took to be completed (twice as long as originally expected), but I'm given to understand the delay was caused by a parts issue. Being in automotive manufacturing, I 100% understand parts shortages etc! A good reminder in the current climate that there may be delays in any kind of repair that are no one's fault.”

Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”
