“The driver received the order around 7:45pm on Sept 24th and gave my wife and I a call. We were headed to Toledo Ohio but we're still just south of Bowling green. We needed a tow. To my surprise, he was directed to tow us to Holland Ohio, where I Graduated from High school! This review is for the driver. Such a kind and friendly man without Question. He was able to offer us a ride. He was very professional and knew his job. Rain was pouring down but during the tow, he was very careful. I would definitely recommend PJ Automotive for towing needs”

“We were traveling through Michigan/Ohio when our Jeep Wrangler showed a transmission warning code. A local automotive shop recommended Express Transmission.
For a $100 analysis fee they did a test drive and scanned the code and recommended a torque converter and transmission. Working with Tyler the service advisor they were able to quickly order a remanufactured transmission and it was sent within a couple of days to their shop. Two days later they had it installed sticking with their original estimate of $3,800 with a 3yr/100k warranty from Certified Transmissions out of Omaha Nebraska.
We appreciate the quick turn around and a fair quote. I'm always skeptical of remanufactured transmissions/engines and will update this review within six months. But we appreciate Tyler's efforts for getting us back on the road.”

“Absolutely beyond PHENOMENAL service. From the time my truck was dropped off to his shop and the time it was done was only 4 days. “I am so happy with this service center. I have an old van and put over $4000.00 in repairs in it at my regular auto shop in the past 3 months. My engine light came on and I found that the car would race in low gear when driving on roadways. My regular garage told me that nothing was wrong that It must be my driving. I took my van to Automall, they did a diagnosis on it, found the problem and fixed in two working days. My tire light was on and my garage did not fill the tires. Automall made sure the tires were full before I left. My husband uses a wheelchair and our van is ideal for our needs. Needless to say, I will return to automall for my service needs.
