I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your Perrysburg location. I provided several coupons during my visit, but unfortunately, the service writer did not apply any of the discounts offered. Additionally, I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready for pickup, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I value Tuffy's commitment to customer satisfaction and hope these issues can be rectified.

Chris the manager there to date. Is the most honest car people I've ever met. My wife first took our car there and he didn't try to swindle her. Unlike most places.

Excellent service! They fit me in same day (and earlier than scheduled, even!) after some car trouble on a long drive. They not only checked the issue but also advised me what to watch for going forward.
I made it safely my destination (NH) with no further issues. :)

I called to schedule specific service a few days in advance; oil change, tire rotation, alignment and check on shocks. They gave me a specific time to drop it off. When my retired dad went to drop it off for me, they complained it was scheduled for 3 hours earlier than agreed. A few hours later I got a call that the oil change and rotation was done, and the shocks were fine. When I asked about the alignment check they claimed they weren't asked to do one, and blamed it on me speaking to "other Chris". I asked them to check again. They eventually priced shocks and struts but it was a bit out of my budget, and they said no to an alignment. When I got the bill back I was charged for an oil change, an additional oil charge, and it stated I declined an alignment. Based on this interaction alone I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Getting car maintenance shouldn't be so tuff...
Update: unless they remove tired from the rims, they didn't even rotate my tires. There are 2 scuffed rims on my car that are in the same positions they were when it was dropped off
