These gentlemen at this store were not only kind but incredibly understanding and helpful we found the issue to my charging issue and had pointed me to a location that had the part I was looking for. While I ultimately upgraded to a Samsung S25 ultra that same day thanks to them I was able to weigh my options and truly get an accurate and trustworthy say on what my next steps could be I want to thank the entire team and their speedy work for helping me with my step up and moving forward.
