I use pilot and flying j as a network. Stopped to get shower and had to wait ..so while waiting I asked counter lady if they had someone cleaning showers ,of course she called him and he said he was cleaning .after 5 minutes he came in from outside mad because he had to work .and he told the lady she should have told me to go elsewhere...I'm so sorry he had to do his job that he gets paid to do ...hard to find good help

There are couple of reviews and complaints about showers NOT being clean. Showers at this location certainly doesn't meet the standard compare to other locations. Something should be seriously done. It doesn't take much time to get it done.

I did not catch the lady’s name, but the woman that was working one of the registers Around 3:30 PM on Thursday, March 27, 2025, was so nice and sweet and amicable. After I used my rewards points for the coffee and sandwich I was buying, I still owed about $0.20 And I was about to swipe my card, but she said “don’t even think about it, it’s on us.”
Also, the shower was very clean and the adjoining restroom was clean and smelled very good.

Dirty showers everytime I come here. Store has bad management to allow them to get to this condition.

Just left the place the employee behind the counter was so rude and talking to me like I was an idiot because I asked to to ring up my cans of chew a certain way and she told me no I’m not doing that then preceded to tell me I was wrong I left in tears then after I left realized she over charged me then wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone talked to the manager who told us never to come back to the store ever again because my husband went in to defend me this place is right up there with terrible flying j in aurora co we won’t be back don’t worry we don’t give our money to jerks

One of the best Flying J I have seen out there, organized, clean showers, a Danny's, the fuel isle is separated from the parking zone. You gotta walk a bit to get to the bathroom, but walking doesn't kill nobody.

Staff is friendly but the place is filthy, the coffee machines weren't working properly, there's one stall in the women's bathroom, and the whole place smelled.

Honestly, probably one of the worst truck stops along I-80/90.
Poorly set up, and poorly designed. It fills up fast, extremely limited parking, that is tight.
The staff is rigid and impolite. Often neglecting their duties.
Out of the literal five other truck stops here; the only reason I come here is it’s one of my few fuel stops between Chicago and New York.
If not for that, this place could burn down. And nothing of value would be lost.

Whoever is running your food service in this store needs to find a new job. EVERY single piece of food that wasn't sold out was seriously old and stale. How does someone neglect the food service program that much when it's LITERALLY their job.
