This place is a joke. Literally just left there. Three people behind the counter, one girl socializing with a customer, she also has a sign up that says "Please seek another attendant this register is closed".Walk towards the next register some long-haired kid says "I'm closed also I'm going home".I looked over to the lady socializing with one person and she said nothing. Nobody working behind the counter even acknowledged me. I stood there in silence. So I left my items and walked out.I needed $200 in diesel fuel and $50 in merchandise items. They just lost out on that money because they're too worried about their personal life instead of taking care of the customer. If all possible go to Loves down the street.

Super caring people. Us truckers really appreciate a clean bathroom away from home ? I have OCD a clean truck stop is hard to find and I am very pleased with the employee. It's almost midnight and still clean bathrooms thank you

There is a good size store that is well maintained and stocked. The staff was very friendly and professional.? FoodThere is the usual PFJ fare, hot sandwiches, chicken wings along with salads. There is also a Denny's inside for food alternatives for your selection.? RestroomThe driver's restroom was clean and well maintained.? ShowerThe shower was a little small but clean with good water pressure and lots of hot water.?️ ParkingIt's a good size parking lot with lots of room to maneuver that is separated from the Truck stop by a creek.

Staff is fine, Denny's is fine, but what is up with the layout? There is a huge bottleneck with incoming, outgoing, fueling and CAT scale traffic. They need to connect the truck parking directly to the road to alleviate this mess.

Shower floors get wet all throughout the bathrooms when showering. Only improvement needed other than the half mile hike from truck parking area.... ?

Nasty flying j .. dont want to clean showers so they just shut them down instead. Tight backing. Truck spaces are 1/4 mile from the building. Poor management. Avoid if possible.

Fairly nice Pilot/Flying J. The parking is setup pretty good. Showers were clean with great pressure and tons of hot water. Everyone I dealt with was friendly.I took off a star for no hot food late on a Saturday. Denny's closed, nothing in the truck stop, not even pizza. Y'all know us drivers work 24/7 right. Used to be able to count on truck stops and especially Denny's to have food around the clock. Apparently it's not worth it for them anymore. If you need to eat, better get here early.

Attention Truckers if you are ever in the area stop by the shop. The manager is very knowledgeable and the customer service is real great. I recommend this shop highly.

Thanks to the nice Lady who accepted an email of our company insurance card I needed printed b4 May 01. Other FJ/PILOT and TA/ PETRO places would not accept an email.Maybe they fear malicious content which is understandable. I let the nice FJ Lady take the phone and view the doc image; she punched in the addy.To boot, all the employees here whom I ran across are very nice; nice work environment This tells me that management must be doing the right stuff to keep the employees customer friendly.

The night staff tonight was a joke me and my wife were waiting for Altus waitress at Denny’s so we were looking around looking at stuff. They called the cops saying we stole items. Cops showed searched my wife’s bag and seen we did not. Not even a sorry all the girls did were laugh at we walked out the door… 15 years of me going here and this was a first I will NEVER go to this location again

Definitely an average pilot/flying j. I only stopped here for the Denny's and of course it was closed at 6pm smh. The showers are small but decent. Water pressure was awesome and consistent. Modern but the size of the showers and Denny's times not being consistent chops this off my list of truck stops to stop at. Truck Parking is also average.

I have no clue why this place was given a bad review. We rolled up late, was pleased they actually had a mail box, and the store was warm and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, actually the store was clean including the driver's lounge which is rare, rare ,rare these days! The Dennys was actually open too( closes at 10pm though) and I have to be honest it was the best Dennys food and best waitress we've had since pre-Covid! Next morning we did tons of laundry ( only issue was the two laundry machine were quite dirty but the guy working the back came and cleaned them immediately so kudos to him!) The shower was hot, great pressure, and very clean. Ok so the Kiosk wasn't working, big deal. Who cares about a Kiosk when everyone that worked there, day shift and night was friendly, Dennys was open, and there was a good laundry room and great showers. A little gem here for the drivers!

To say I feel unwelcome here is an understatement. Only reason I come here is because of the company gas card, otherwise I would just go to Love's. The sense of entitlement I get from the employees is palpable. The voices I hear from behind the counter are cold and bossy. If you don't want to work, go home. I showered to the sound of loud hard metal music from directly across from my shower. I guess it is Flying J policy to play loud hard metal music for the showers, now. I felt disdain for, and disrespected by whomever was playing it. I would have more respect for Flying J if they put a sign on the front door saying "We don't want your business, leave".

Another disappointment Flying J. It's becoming the norm. It shouldn't be. If Pilot Flying J can't keep their Truckstops we'll maintained and provide services truck drivers need, bail out close your doors and break the monopoly you have over the fueling and truckstops. You made your money Now change your business model and get with the program Truck drivers are 24 hrs Rain shine sleet and snow we need services 24 hrs. Staffing is terrible. Your managers are out of touch and your district managers are not doing their jobs.
