“I would like to thank Boardman Subaru for helping me get back to the Forester 2026. Kyle Betsa was our salesman we worked with and he was so patient and took quite a bit of time, as I was undecided on the Forester or the Crosstrek . I finally decided on the Forester as I had them previously and was more familiar, although they are both great cars and my husband and I have had many other cars and trucks. The Sales Manager was great too and helped us also and we are very happy and highly recommend the Subaru. Thanks again Kyle!!

Tyler had us test drive two CX 5's and explained the differences between the 2 vehicles even after I explained I wasn't buying that day. Later they were also willing to have my mechanic inspect the car before the purchase, when another dealership didn't really want me to take their car to have it checked. “These guys were absolute heroes for me man. I was on a road trip to Milwaukee WI and along the way I got a check engine light which required some pretty big repairs. They not only accepted me as a walk in but also went the extra mile to bust their asses and get my car back on the road the same day. The parts weren't easy to find and it was a time crunch so they very easily could have just told me that I was going to have to find a hotel and leave my car there for the night. Yet, they went the extra mile to fit me in and take care of my car and have me safely back on the road the same day. The team busted their asses and did so with a smile on their face.
