I recently visited a Dollar General location and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. The store was in deplorable condition—cluttered, dirty, and poorly maintained, with trash and merchandise scattered throughout the aisles. The staff’s behavior was equally unacceptable. When I attempted to address the state of the store with an employee, I was met with a dismissive response: ‘I just work here, I don’t deal with that.’ To make matters worse, I overheard them instruct their colleagues to ‘watch’ me, implying I couldn’t be trusted—simply for raising a valid concern. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is inexcusable. The overall appearance and demeanor of the employees only added to the negative impression. I hope management takes accountability for the substandard service and conditions at this location, as it reflects poorly on the company

Worst $General/MOST disorganized/ EVER to date!
Aisles WAY too narrow can barely get thru them/can’t get thru aisles— given that their products in boxes EVERYWHERE, not put away, much of stock literally ON THE FLOOR to trample on, NO ROOM to put on shelves, can’t find what you’re looking for, then prices not marked properly OR not MARKED AT ALL! I Keep saying I won’t go to these “not actually a dollar” stores anymore, tried this one needed some quick necessities- WILL NOT make that mistake again! DONE! These stores are a MESS - and what US Marines would call a “CLUSTER F¥€K!”
Corporate: HIRE PEOPLE!!!one poor guy trying to stock& work register/do it ALL — NOT fair to him or customers! Make some flippin room in your HORRIBLY inadequate sized stores; Get prices up on items- CORRECT prices! You’ve got to be most mismanaged company around - & there’s lots of competition in that regard! Don’t have any hope you’ll heed these recommendations/observations- so I won’t be back, EVER!
