During a recent spell of extreme cold winter weather, I needed to replace my car battery and wiper blades. I spoke with John via telephone to confirm availability of the battery I wanted and then drove to the store to pickup. John and Kurt were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. They swapped out my old batter and wiper blades, despite the sub-freezing temps and biting wind, and with smiles and laughs the whole time. I have always gotten good customer service at this shop, but the recent experience with John and Kurt was top notch. I would highly recommend this Advance location.

I went in looking for a product to remove scuff marks from my car fender. The gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful, they even tried it in my car to make sure it worked.

Good store. Took in a dead battery, they tested it, free, determined it was not defective, so they charged it free for me.

Just moved to the area and found my new auto parts store. Smaller store but the workers are top notch. Dealt with a guy named Kurt who was one of the best customer service reps I've had in a while. I was in a rush and he loaned me tools to do quick work in the lot as well as offering to toss my trash. Absolutely great worker and experience.

I've come to this store many times for my Hyundai Veloster, and I'll keep coming back now that I have my Jeep Wrangler. Kurt and his team couldn't be any more helpful or knowledgeable. Thank you for always helping me out whenever I have a question. Your kindness is very much appreciated!

The store manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. I told him I wanted to return an item and he sighed and cursed at me because he didn't want to have to process my return. That is not how you treat a customer. I believe his name was Kurt.

My son went in tonight to buy a part for my down car that was at home. Kurt refused to sell him the part stating he “Did not like him” as my son use to be employed at this location . Forcing my son to go elsewhere minutes before closing time to try to find the part for me to have a car for work the next morning. Very disappointed, We will never do business with this company again. You can’t refuse to sale due to a personal feeling. Completely unacceptable!
