We placed our mattress and couch in this storage. After going to move things out, all the furniture is infested with mold and rat drop! We rented the “climate control” unit, however the claim is false. We will be speaking with customer service and going to speak with the company directly.

I was helped explained the sizes of the storage over the phone and in person
Chelsea was very knowledgeable she was so polite even when I asked alot of questions..
She is extremely knowledgeable which to me is very important she made sure I knew what size storage
I give her 5 stars!!!!!!
I gave the company 4 because I have the storage longer than I want but it is their (the company's) rules not her's
I think overall it's a good company,

I have been using this storage facility for over 2 years.. my boss is the one renting.. Im the one that uses it for our supplies several days per week . Mice are a constant issue! I replace the bait stations and traps i pay for every 3months or so! I have a bachelors jn eradicating and proofing for mice at this point. I rarely see any staff!

Screws from the metal roof come off and end up in your tires. Ownership takes no accountability even though they are of the issue.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Had some issues with my uhual pick up/drop off (not their fault app issues) and Ashley and Rick were so helpful. I appreciate all their help. Highly recommend.

I’ve been renting this storage for almost 4 years and their prices go up a lot every month. On April 2nd I paid over the phone with CashApp and the payment showed that it was completed. On Wednesday, 24th 2024, I went there to check on my things I found the 2 locks on it. I started calling them and emailing them until somebody called me back and that woman was so unhelpful and making me feel like I was stupid because I have accent. Today I called CashApp and they told me that the money was received by the storage people since that same day, the 2nd of April. Called the storage today over and over and over again and somebody picked up and she was so mean and unhelpful. I have proof of my payment and I pray to God that the owner looks unto it because right now I feel bulled ?. I haven’t been working and things have been so hard but God always blesses to keep up with my storage payments ?
