Two weeks later and I still have not heard from the store's district manager. Jimmy booth, but yet I saw a customer wrote a review 6 days ago, and the owner responded. That is why I am now taking this over your head and going directly to the president of atnc. Because your customer service, as I put in my last post is trash. Lee needs to be removed. He is a habitual liar, and I will not that let a trauma that was caused to me in your store. Go. You will pay for what you did to me. It's, I'm not gonna let it go. I want you to lose your job, Lee. You do not need to be a store manager because you are horrible. If I have to leave a review about you. And the trauma in your view Your immaturity that you caused to me in the store that day. I have The Times dates and all my documents. I will put one on there every day until I'm heard like. I said I am not letting this go. I will be calling the corporate store again today in reaching out directly to the president. Because this is unacceptable, Jimmy booth. You 2 are now going to be held accountable for not even trying to hear what my issues or my concerns were with your store. Like I said, 5 cameras in the store and you do nothing you didn't even pull security footage to make sure that your line manager was removed from the store. Because these habitual liar, and it's gonna be proven again. You guys are worthless. In no help whatsoever

Unfortunately, I upgraded my I-phones on line and had them shipped to my home, instead of buying from this quality AT&T store. The online people told me somethings that were not exactly correct and the manager, Trevon Smith had to explain the truth. He helped me set up my new I-phones and handled the return of the old phones for trade in. His service was superb even though he did not get any commission on the phone purchases and his knowledge was excellent. I recommend Trevon to ALL OF PICKERINGTON AND THE AREA to get your phones from Trevon and this store -- you will not be sorry!

Trevon was extremely helpful. He was very matter-of-fact and to the point. My wife and I greatly appreciated that along with his honesty. When Trevon thought he needed someone else's opinion, he called a fellow manager. That made us feel like he appreciated and valued our time. In the end, he wanted to take care of our issue as efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend Trevon.
