Pretty nice store. It was easy to find what we needed and they had just about everything in there. The employee Reese was very kind, patient and helpful with us.

The worst store ever had literally like 3 sectionals out the 10 they had on display no matching beds dressers or nothing has 1 of 3 gaming chairs $200 each said 2 be in the next morning at 9am I called it wasn't said call back at 5pm I called now it's tomorrow I had nothing but a hassle all day to get a sectional I really didn't want but was the nicest 1 they had. Signed my lease & the registers were messing up they said & had call progressive & big lots customer service to get it settleed then had right down & email the company email so they could email me the receipt lol it was a joke if u go to a big lots in Columbus Grandview big lots has so much & it's fast I learned bc I went there next day to get the remainder of my stuff. Js

Super ghetto. I watched an employee cuss out someone going to planet fitness for no reason and then ran inside running her mouth. Very nasty and unprofessional. This was at 6am, way too early to just be running your mouth in front of your job.

Big lots is not a place I go very often bc they are not close. However, I was in the area and had a coupon to use. I like their unusual pasta and other food items that they sometimes have. I do not find them to be especially cheaper on items than other places.

Clean store. Lots of different items from toiletries to food to furniture. I was on the hunt for Gingerbread Pizzelles which they did not have but had lemon which I purchased

It's a good store but there are no bargains. You pay a thousand dollars for a mattress and $4 for a Hallmark greeting card. I only go on 20% off day. They have a lot of cute decor items but for the price, you may as well go to Macy's or Kohl's.

Went to buy a few pieces of furniture tonight absolutely horrible customer service. The furniture acted like we were imposing on him and was a real tool. Never shopping at this location again

Recently had a somewhat negative experience at this location but the store manager and two other employees turned it around for me today. Thank you for helping me load my dresser into my vehicle and making a once negative situation end on a positive note. Great job to this team!
