There's ALWAYS a long line, whether using the drive thru or going inside. I know this is an issue with CVS, but how long will it take to get it fixed? I will say the customer service is good.

The Pharmacist at CVS Hill Rd Pickerington Ohio can’t count or have time sensitive prescriptions filled correct and on time. Some medication have taken days to fill after the refill date leaving us going days without needed medication.

I chose to wait on the 2 prescriptions that I needed, they were ready in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of staff members and they were all working !

CVS is in business to primarily dispense prescription medicine, advise patients about their medications to raise prescription medication literacy to improve health outcomes favorably for patients. It has deviated from its primary principle by disrupting patient care when they repeatedly do not have medication in stock causing patients to go without medication, the electronic messaging system must be AI because texts appear without being sent by a human at CVS. The phone system works only if someone answers it but then patients are left on hold for an inordinate amount of time. The lines in store and at the drive through are ridiculously long and when your turn comes you’re told the prescription doesn’t have any refills, or they don’t have the prescription in the system. Patients are fed up with paying for poor customer service. Patients are weary of being backed into a health care system that continues to take and not deliver. The C-suite executives need to recognize the detrimental impact of their decisions putting profits before employee and patients care. It’s never to late to do better….so do better.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Extremely understaffed pharmacist said they are one week behind only using drive-through, causing a back up in the parking lot blocking customers from getting out of their parking space. Had customer beat on my truck window to move my car and was unable to because we were back to back all the way around the building waiting for the prescriptions with no space to go left or right . This is not a new problem. I have witness problems with this location for quite some time. I was told by the pharmacist that normally does not work there. He was sent over to try to help rectify the situation, and did not see how he could do it being so far behind . The staff obviously cannot do the job within the hours they have available to them. They need to open back up 24 hours a day and hire people at night to get them, caught up and get over this never ending battle of being behind.
