Transferred my loan to another bank after only a few months. Made payment on the app and they took out an extra $754. Their policy said it had to go throught a 4 day wait then a 3-5 day payment. They did not care that my checking was over drawn and they took the money out without authorization. Only reason they got a 1 star because I couldn’t give them a half.

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would the way I was treated while I was there was just unacceptable on all levels. I spoke with Piper, upon greeting one another, I reached for an hand she she acted as if she did not want to shake my hand. The look on her face was a look of pure disgust. Then she proceeds to talk to as if I am not qualified before she fully check my credentials, I asked her if she had any issues with me she then proceeded to say her husband is Black, I was confused on what that had to do with anything. As a prominent black woman, being treated as less than and the way she conducted herself on behalf of 5/3rd Bank, I will not be doing business with 5/3 for the foreseeable future.
AS A BLACK COMMUNITY WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER AS A WHOLE, THIS MODERN DAY RACISM IS REALLY GETTING OUT OF HAND.

Went into the Pickerington branch to have documents notarized. The staff was very polite when I entered and the manager, Piper, was very helpful. She got me in and out very quickly.

Worst banking experience EVER!!!. my husband went to get a $20,000 loan for a used truck...it took over 5 hours and they still couldn't figure out how to do the loan!! we have cash so we plan to pay cash for it WITHOUT USING 5/3....now I am having to try to keep my husband from wanting to pull all of our money from this bank. I gave it a one star only because I could not do less, I can only hope that other branches are NOT THIS DISRESPECTFUL and INCOMPETENT!!!!

Fifth third is the worst bank I've ever used. It's been such a nightmare and I'm only dealing with this because my auto loan is through them. I'm literally trying to refinance after 2 months this just to get away from the horrendous issues I've had with accessing my account and just trying to make the past two payments. Worst banking experience in my life to date...that's saying a lot

Went to Fifth Third bank’s drive through. You can see the teller’s and what they’re doing. Had a wait time of over 10 minutes. Pressed the call button 2 times before I could get anyone to answer the call button. Then the teller blamed the computer for being so slow. But I was watching her through the windows, seems like she didn’t want to get up out of her chair. When she did come and answer the call button no apologies for the wait time or anything! Acted like I was inconveniencing her! Very poor customer service!

I had been doing business with fifth Third bank for many years, started with my mortgage loan and than personal bank. I didn’t have much problems with it. Staff had been very wonderful and very good costumer service.I recently moved to Ohio and for the first time I went to this bank to request for the bank statement. There were only two customers and waited for my turn. Soon the customer was done and went out . I went to the counter and the lady told me to sit and wait for someone to call me but never called me even for an hour. So I had to leave without their service. I had referred many friends and family to this bank in those many years. Recently I took my 85 years old parents to this bank in old Daily branch road and opened their joint account for their social security direct deposit. But in a few weeks or so, bank sent a letter stating that their account was closed, when they had already deposited some money into their account. They didn’t let my parents to have their account with this bank. It’s so terrible and I am not happy with this bank. When we call them they hesitate five specific reason for account cancellation.

I called to make an appointment for branch supervisor. I was asked for my SSN number to schedule an appointment and I responded no. The employee hung up the phone on me. All I wanted was an appointment with the supervisor.

Terrible drawn out experience trying to refinance! Awful costumer service. Long time costumer will be taking business elsewhere. The mortgage loan originator that was in charge of the refinance seems that she doesn't want to do her job nor does she care!!!!
