I visited Firestone because the car has 20,000 miles and I was told at Honda one tire was cupped. Firestone advised me ALL FOUR tires on the Honda CR-V are cupped. I noticed the ride after my 15,000 mile oil change/tire rotation. My hope is that Bridgestone will replace these defective tires.

Go nowhere else but here for your vehicle troubles! Solved a pesky electrical issue that no other shop could figure out! Stopped by to see if they could help with why my car was popping up oil pressure low and to turn off the engine. Kelby is who helped me when I got there. He was very personable and showed excellent customer service and professionalism as soon as I walked through the door! Very knowledgeable in his area of work. I highly recommend Firestone for your vehicles needs and for top notch service!

I was originally recommended to have several services done on my vehicle, none of which were the original cause for my visit. Thankfully, I received a call from store manager Kelby who suggested we focus on the lights on the dash first. His recommendation saved me over $1000 and my issue was resolved. I had an appt for 10.00, I arrived at 9:40. Took all day just to get a wheel alignment At 12:00 they said they couldn't go it because I needed a part. took two hours to get the part. Then they said I didn't need that part, I needed something else. When I told them I was coming to get my car car at 3 pm. They called back and said they were doing the wheel alignment because it could be done without the second part I needed. I picked up my car after 5 pm when I should have been back in Cleveland.
