Tried on some some jeans and the tag fell off. They wouldn't sell the jeans for the highest price for like 8 bucks. This is stupid and why is the pricing person not there if it's this difficult and that big of a deal to reprice a price a pair of jeans. They told me to come back tomorrow. Who ever is in charge of this site needs to be fired. I have never heard of this in any other store anywhere. Pricing an item isn't rocket science and every associate should be able too. What a joke.......

Went there and picked up a couple hardcover books. Got to the register and the older man said he couldn’t sell them to me because they weren’t priced. He didn’t offer me another price or to go look for a price of another book. Said sorry and that they’d be out the next day. I’m not from the area so I wouldn’t be back the next day.

They’re rude. I went to pay and she asked if I “wanted to pay with cash” and I said “I’d prefer to use my card” and she laughed and judgmentally looked at me and said “are you serious?” I said “if the question is if I’m serious, yes.” Then she left the counter after I paid and gave my my bag and walked away so I left. then she is screaming at me to come back and sign something. Train your people better.

I used to love coming here, especially with the deals on the weekends. However, it has changed. I’m not sure if it’s a new management, but the sizes are no longer separated and it’s very depressing in that store.

When my mom was near by goodwill she would sometimes pop by to get her some things. In 2019 this place was booming. People everywhere. Good and better toys. Bags. The place does not have any custom bags the last time i have been here so you would have to get your own if you wanted lost of things.

This is a nice location! They have some cool finds. The people are nice. Some of the stuff is a little on the pricey side for thrift.

This place used to price things reasonably prior to new management taking over and re doing the store. It is dis-heartening to walk in and see $79.99 for used pairs of shoes that were donated. I see a $39.99 used electric jar opener? Is this the Goodwill or the Greedwill. Nothing good coming out of this store unless you’re paying up for it. If you want cheaper shoes at $4.99 it looks like a dog chewed on them. The Greedwill needs to change their mission statement as it’s no longer affordable.

oh my god this goodwill sucked like I am a Weather radio collector in this place didn't even have an electronic section. That is how you know a Goodwill this bad if they don't even have an electronic section the outside looks unappealing. There's a bad smell in here it's just it it needs re-done and they need an electronic section to keep up with the times. There's barely any people in there. It is small and it just did not live up to my expectations are goodwill's have that's good well unfortunately has not.

Dakota at this location informed that items costing less than $50 are not eligible for return if inoperable and/or broken. An alternate employee asked the question and Dakota stood there twisting her lips back and forth stating, "Um, well if the item is high priced like fifty dollars I would say yes you could bring it back, but $4.99, I would have to say No!"Is this Goodwill policy or a policy Dakota pulled out the side of neck? Dakota is putting on a show, she is a actress. She pretends to be nice and sweet and yet she was unprofessional and tactless which question about why she believed the policy she just made up off the top of her head was feasible.Dakota and this Goodwill location is taking advantage of vulnerable populations. An underserved individual in the community needed the item that costs $4.99 and not offering a short turnaround time for items found to be inoperable or broken is theft/fraud. No business sells unknown broken/inoperable products without an option to return with receipt for a very minimum in store credit.Dakota began to speak in a condescending tone, attempting to make the consumer feel as if her concerns were not worthy of her time. Dakota is not an asset to this company!

This place admittedly sales broken, defective and inoperable items and if under $50 per “DAKOTA” you cannot return with or without receipt for at minimum store credit.I spent over $61 dollars in here and they didn’t even give my all the clothing and sweatshirts I purchased of homeless population. I have my receipt and the products better be there today i I need my money back. The lady who identified herself as “Dakota” made up the policy off the top of head when an employee asked about a electronic and the return policy. Dakota stood there staring off into space and twisting her lips back and forth like “uh hmm duh” ? before saying well if it were hush prices like $50 I would say yes but because it’s only $4.99 I would say no. What the heck is really going on here? Dakota acts nice and sweet until confronted on policy and then you see the true character.Be cautious here!

Would not take my donation because no one to same day “process,” although when I pulled up, there was a lady n the back playing on her phone and of course the manager I spoke to.

They do not accept returns for any reason and will not inform you until you’ve already made the purchase. I was told that this specific goodwill is not affiliated with other goodwills, they are independently owned.Aside from that, ok selection at best.
