I went there for the first time today. Made my appointment and was on time. I had a broken charging port on my iPad and I definitely needed a new battery on my iPhone. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to, the work was done during the allotted time and the price was extremely fair and reasonable. I would give him a 10 if permissible. Highly highly recommend.

I went to this gentleman 5+ yrs ago before he moved to his current location. After moving back to the area, I was hopeful his business was still around and am so thankful it is! He does EXCELLENT work, perfect actually. Customer service is above and beyond. He repairs pretty much every model of iPhone and iPad. He offers a discount for returning customers. I have gone to one other place to have a screen repaired and ended up having to go back multiple times to be told it must just be defective. He even bought an old iPhone off of me for parts. I will never go anywhere else for any apple repairs. Support this small business! It will be worth it!

I called for insight on needing a new screen for my iPad and the gentleman answering said it would cost more to repair then to replace. He also explained WHY it was so expensive. I value that kind of honesty and explanation in a business. 5/5

I've been here several times for repairs. The first was for a cracked screen from dropping my phone at a ball game. This time I'm in because I got a message about my battery being old & degraded/not charging to capacity, and also because the charging port doesn't seem to be connecting to the cord reliably. While diagnosing the issue on the spot here while I waited, we also discovered that the haptic engine (the thing that makes it vibrate & click) for the phone had come loose as well. Aaand, it looks like there were some screws loose from the screen too - wow, Chad is thorough! This is great getting everything in tip top shape! So, while I wait, the owner Chad is repairing these issues - which is at a significantly lower cost than replacing the whole phone. I've found his work to be quite reliable in the past. What is even more compelling is that Chad is respectful, friendly, & takes the time to explain exactly what is going on. He has a meaningful personal story and I find the atmosphere & service at GURUMicro to reflect what I feel is a philosophy of truly caring about the people he is helping. Look, I probably drove by several other service & repair shops to get here and gladly so. All the way from the other side of the metro area. I'm happy to frequent this business not only because I feel I get great service, but because there is a good caring vibe coming from the owner/operator. And in this day & age of generally impersonal interactions that means a great deal to me.
