First and foremost, be up front about the fees. No one said ANYTHING to us how much it would cost. NOTHING. Our tax information was shown on a monitor other people could see in the establishment. We were rushed out so she could get back to her other appointment that was listening to us and had another one waiting. I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I trusted H&R Block. I will definitely inform everyone I know about my experience. No one should have to go through that. I honestly thought the experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I could have done the same with any other online offering. What did we pay for? To get embarrassed in front of other clients? Mission accomplished.

Marilyn has done my taxes at the Pickerington branch for a couple of years. I doubt there is a better choice a for tax professional. God bless Marilyn.
