Unfortunately neither "urgency" nor "promptness" is in this branch's vocabulary. Whether you wish to go stand inside for 20-30 minutes for a teller transaction or sit in your car for the same when there's only one or two vehicles in front of you, make sure you're not in a hurry when you stop here, because the employees sure aren't. If you need something at the branch, set aside 45-60 minutes of your day because it's about 20 minutes per transaction with only two tellers at hand.

The deposit option on the ATM NEVER works. I don't know why I waste my time stopping when 10/10 times it's "currently unavailable"

Too often do we forget how impactful one person's service can be to the general appearance of a company. Today's experience was an excellent example. Now that banks are opening up for general in-house service, I expected to walk in on a long line. I had had some difficulty opening a new business banking account online and learned that that feature us no longer available; that I had to do this in person. Thankfully, I called and scheduled an appointment. The young lady (Ashley) on the line was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful with any and all questions I presented. Thus, I felt good about my upcoming scheduled appointment, despite the fact that I was eager to open and complete the new account process then and there on the phone. As expected, there was a good-size line at the bank, but I walked beyond it and politely interrupted someone working with a seated customer, asking where I needed to go for a 4 o'clock appointment. She kindly told me, after confirming my time, that she would be right with me momentarily. Not only was she efficient in walking me through the process while educating me on things I could expect, she advised in matters I hadn't considered, but could anticipate in the future, regarding business account management. This is something I definitely needed and was grateful for receiving. Surprisingly, she remembered speaking to me on the phone (so yes, it was the same young lady - Ashley). We had a great conversation, sharing a few laughs along the way, which made the entire experience enjoyable. As a former store manager, I know the importance of having charismatic and caring personnel on the staff. These are traits that you don't teach. They bring them to the table. As I said in the beginning, one person's performance is often a reflection of the company. I've never had a problem at this location and with people like her available for assistance, I doubt I ever will.

Could have been amateur hour here at Huntington today but I can't verify that. Dom and I walk in to start his checking account and we were immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk and she said it would be about a 15 minute wait. No problem. I had called earlier to verify that I could indeed open up a checking account for my 13 year old son and they said no problem at all. This wasn't surprising since he has had a checking account with USAA since he was ten. After waiting for an entire hour we were finally greeted by the lady in the back who handles new accounts. I immediately told her the story about the phone call I had and what I was there to do. She immediately said they don't give checking accounts to someone that young and I was dumbfounded. I suggested they train the people answering the calls to ensure they have all the information before giving out answers. Even the lady at the counter knew I was getting my 13 year old son a checking account and she didn't say anything during my 1 hour wait. She even offered to open an account in my name and just give my son the card. It was a crazy experience and I suggested they work on some retraining.

Banked with this bank for 13 years. They couldn't even get pins sent out for reiddued cards. Charges from my account would hit from places I'd not even been. Initially, I ignored them and simply wrote the fees off. When I started to complain and dispute the charged they closed my account expeditiously. In hind site...it only makes sense that the fraud was taking place from within Huntington! I filed a complaint with the DOJ. Something is not right with this bank. Avoid it at all costs!

The bank not so busy , only have 1-2 banker work in there , 1 take appointment and 1 take walks in customer, I came sat in there waiting around 30 mins , until banker came out ask who is next then I said " me " then a stranger came after me go straight said let go , I came before , everyone there know I came first even banker , but banker quite zipped his mouth off didn't say any . I said ok u can go first I go another bank then . Very unprofessional, they should treat customer fairly

Since I have no idea which lender I'm dealing with I'll include ALL branches. We have been attempting mortgage for the past several weeks. At every step we've been told that we need this or that only to discover that it isn't up to that person, but someone else. Our credit score is about 800, depending on which values they want to use, and our credit history is at the very least very good and clean. We have supplied these people, that never seem to talk with each other, whatever document they request within a day. We were told that the loan was approved, the closing was set, but then there was something else that they need. What they need is for this Friday to come around. That's when our lower rate was supposed to terminate. I feel that our age and the fact that I'm disabled played a big part in the extremely poor customer service. The plain fact is that they lied to us, never know what the other is doing or has obtained.. The other bad part is that the seller is holding onto the property which means they are paying for something they aren't using. Huntington Bank should be ashamed and I would never refer them for doing anything other than sweeping the side walk.

Nice bank. The tellers are always friendly and fast. It's easy in and out too.
