Visited keybank on pickrington today and I appreciate how Mr. Chris Dunkel helped in resolving my issues. If people in the world where to take their time to show so much empathy towards one another I believe the world would be a more better place. The management of keybank Reynoldsburg needs to learn from Mr. Chris Dunkel because his an epitome of what the banking industry should represent. Thank you so much Mr. Chris I pray God bless and grant you your heart desire.

I came upon this wonderful key bank location by accident as I had been next door at huntington bank and was told I could not open an account there without an appointment. So i walked to key bank and was immediately greeted by Chris D. He welcomed me warmly and explained everything that was necessary to open a new account. I was there under unpleasant unexpected circumstances and he did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. This level of customer service is always appreciated, and he needs to know that his kindness made a huge impact on me that day. Thank you.

When I first opened our KeyBank account, it was great! As of late-TERRIBLE! The reps don’t care, you file a complaint and the EO says they will call you back the next day-WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE when dealing with peoples money. Due to “posting errors” they had to issue me a credit on my account of over $1,000! This bank is just not what they claim to be. Too many issues! Definitely will be closing my account ASAP!

What a wonderful welcoming atmosphere at this bank. I just had it for horrible experience down the road at Chase and Judy I believe was her name was beyond polite helpful friendly empathetic and very understanding with my situation. If I were looking to open a new account somewhere this would be the place in Judy would be my banker!

Our experience with this KeyBank location has been exceptional, with thanks overwhelmingly going to Advisor and Manager Chris Dunkel. He's assisted us with whatever we've needed, often going above and beyond so we're taken care of, and has the best, most helpful attitude. It makes a tremendous difference to have a reliable, knowledgeable person like Chris to go to in case of an issue, rather than having to navigate a call center to reach someone totally unfamiliar with us or our accounts who may or may not be able to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Been trying to get a mortgage for 2 years thinking if I go through who I personally bank with would do me some justice guess I was wrong but yet key bank impacted my credit 3 times but still no mortgage it took me to fo though a different company but yet I'm being harrased to do a savings account bad business key bank bad business

Really waist of time not enough staffing been waiting for a form that the customer service send hours ago per what they said and they said that they didn’t receive it. Other than that the branch manager was nice. They just need to hire more people

Me and my sister came into this branch today so i can open a saving account! At first everywas great until they saw the amount I was putting in ! Then they stated asking me all kind of questions ohh how did you get this money where do work where did you work and giving me the side eye ! Long story short they lied and said my check was not clear and i was cleared and have been cleared for day !! They wouldn't even give me my paper work for the account i opened!! I'll be contacting my lawyer for the way i have and was treated! I called and key bank was every upset on how i was treat at this branch i would not be banking here and i canceled the account i open seeing that they didn't even give me information or even allow me to take money out of my own damn account , maybe if i wasn't a young African American girl with that much Money i wouldn't have been treated that way ! But I'm a business owner and work for the state and never been treated in this manner I'm my life ! I will make sure this branch don't get away with this ! I'll be Contacting my lawyer and also the news ! Racist much !

I've used this bank for many years and just now called with a question. The person taking my call was knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. Even though I got an answer I didn't like I understood exactly why. The point is sometimes you get an answer that you don't like, but that isn't a reason to rate a business low! On this interaction, I got a live person, no recordings and got my answer quickly with an alternative/solution, I can live with. Hard to find these days!!!
