Pickerington Hill Road Kroger couldn't fulfill my order *(even though I had ordered a week prior. They canceled less then 24 hours before my party because they had used up all the icing. Everywhere was slammed and wouldn't take my order. Thankfully the awesome ladies in the bakery saved my daughters party by taking my order and making and absolutely awesome cake at the last minute! She loved it! Thank you! 5*s ♡♡♡♡♡

This place has a cockroach infestation that spans most if not all of the aisles. Their best employees are paid very little ($12 for a courtesy clerk). Rita is always rude to her coworkers. Stacy is abrasive when it comes to customer service conflict. Starbucks only has one employee to handle every in store and mobile order even during a rush with no help or management near by. Alias needs help in his department but the company won’t let anybody help him. Joshua relies on false promises and misleading information. Rob doesn’t do much but lean on the self service scanners. Bob is sexist, racist, and over all unprofessional. I’m surprised the BBB hasn’t shut this place down.

I went specifically to have customer service look up a past receipt . The lady at the desk told me she didn't know how to do that because she is new. I asked if there was someone else that could help me. She said no. Do better Kroger. You can't leave untrained employees at the service desk if they don't know how to
' service ' your customers yet.

Good lucky getting your curbside orders. Waiting 20min for mine and people pulling up for time slots after mine are getting theirs. Had to go in and ask about it, they still didn’t bring mine out for another several minutes. First and last time using this Kroger. I could have grabbed the groceries myself if I knew it would take them this long.

Everytime I come to this Kroger I stand at the fresh meat counter for about 25 minutes and sometimes nobody ever comes to help me buy meat.

Kroger's sucks anymore their employees are not well trained and to busy chit chatting, their pharmacies suck understaffed probably because they're underpaid, managers are worthless!!! Go anywhere else. Price doesn't matter with all the bullshit you have to put up with!!

This Kroger is 10 minutes further away than the other one closer to me however the one closer to me is so awful I happily drive to this one.

This Kroger is absolutely ridiculous. The front end staff women are rude. On multiple occasions I have went in to shop, to be met with rude attitudes and poor customer service.My most recent visit, the lines were long and only one lane was open. An older employee decided to open a lane, grab two ladies behind me and ring them out. She did not turn her light on, I’m assuming to be able to get away from the register quickly. I was holding my infant who was crying and had a few things that needed checked out. I stepped into her line in hopes she would take me too. She looked at me and said “my lane is closed” I told her I have just a couple things and I’m holding a baby and she still said “ I can’t my lane is closed” proceeded to finish the lady I front of me and then go stand at the customer service desk. Just rude. I will never shop here again. I don’t want to blame it on racism but it really felt that way. And the Kia parked in employee parking every day with a confederate flag license plate doesn’t make me feel any better.

Terrible management. They just don’t care and the front desk is empty more than staffed. Expired store flyers up front and unwillingness to help. Cashiers are great!
