This is my second visit to the Pickerington location. I normally go to East Broad St. location. My first visit was several months ago and I noticed there was only one person working the entire office while I was there. She was not friendly and made me feel as if I had inconvenienced her. There was only one other patient in the office, so I thought it was weird she was sending “negative” vibes. I just blew it off as her being stressed and not having help.First week of June 2023, I needed my routine bloodwork done and I happened to be near the Pickerington location. I walked in and I see the same technician as my first visit there. It sounded like she was having equipment trouble and there was a gentleman helping to get her up and working again. He indicated he was scheduled to be somewhere else and how lucky she was that he stopped by. All during their exchange, she kept saying “I got a whole lot of “them” backed up”. I thought, I hope she is not talking about patients, because her tone was rude and condescending. The gentleman eventually got her up and running and she thanked him graciously. This let me know she can “be kind”.She began calling patients; I was not getting a good feeling about her and I began remembering my first visit. I left. My daughter was sitting in the car and I told her I didn’t feel right in there. She convinced me to go ahead and get my lab work done, so I went back in.I didn’t have an appointment, so she took about 4 people before me. She was quick and efficient, however, her people skills are not consistent.After drawing my blood, she place the cotton pad on my arm and measured about 5-6 inches of yellow stretch tape and wrapped it on my “big” arm. I didn’t realize how tight it was until I was trying to drive and my arm was hurting. I eventually took it off which caused bruising later. Also, after the blood draw, I asked if there was a bathroom I could use? She gave me this look of disgust and without saying a word, pointed toward the bathroom located in the blood draw room.***1-9-2024 - UPDATE!***I need to say this … I have returned to this location 3 times because of its convenient location. The same technician is still there, however, she is a lot friendlier all 3 visits! Thank you, I noticed the change and appreciate your kindness. ?

I just had to give you feedback on your reviews and WOW why would anyone go to your lab. Let’s see rude, unprofessional and combative; give me a break there are a lot of other places to go to on this end of town and I’ll give them a try before I subject myself to this.

Stacy Robinson( the lady in braids) is very unprofessional and needs to have patience when working with people. She made my visit very uncomfortable and had to reschedule my visit.

I was told by pediatricians office to come here for 12 month old’s lead testing. I called for 3 days in advance of scheduled visit to make sure that this was something that they do, I never got an answer. I drove 50 minutes for the appointment and was told they do not do this test, even though the website does say they do. This is why I tried calling, 10 times. Never again.

The woman with the braids was sterile and terse and made the experience very uncomfortable. There is something to be said for professionalism, but this woman is cold and lacks a bedside manner. She would be great in a laboratory where she works with samples and not people. Medical interactions are already sensitive moments, health care workers like her make the process that much more undesirable.

I have come across multiple issues with Labcorp as a company. I scheduled an appointment for a drug screening as well as a fingerprint test and received a confirmation email for my appointment. I called prior to my appointment to confirm and no one answered the phone nor called back. Upon my arrival I was told I could not get a fingerprint test done because the individual authorized to do so was "out" and the individual helping me said she did not know when the authorized person would be back. BIG WASTE OF TIME!

The lady Autumn at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I’ve never had anyone yell at me in front of an entire lobby and call the cops on me no reason. I’m not the type to throw the RACE card out but my situation was pretty close to being that situation. Over me stating that having to leave my kids in the car was an inconvenience. I know that she was doing her job.. the office isn’t a daycare but I don’t have family or anyone who could care for them so I had to bring them with me. I took my kids to the car because I had to.. however my concern was them sitting in the car in the heat. You would think that any human would understand a parents frustration of that situation. So she told me that I had an attitude with her and that she wasn’t testing me, for me to leave. (Yelling, clapping her hands) I told her to calm down but she got louder and called the cops. I wouldn’t recommend going here only because if you have an personal issues Autumn doesn’t know how to separate personal issues and professionalism. She literally took my situation flipped it around on me and caused a scene in her workplace to make herself feel better. She didn’t write her name down for me like I requested or a good number to report her… The cop however was amazing.. played with my kids, talked to me for awhile and gave me HER NAME to report her… now why would he do that?? Because he knew she was in the wrong….. he saw it for himself…

Was very quick and kind. Drug test went smoothly and I knew the results in less than 3 days.

The lady who helped me today (8/6) was clearly unhappy to be there. She was audibly sighing at the number of codes she had to enter for my blood draws, she looked super upset at the long list. She was also sighing while drawing my blood because we needed several vials. Mind you, the place was completely empty, this would still have been unacceptable if they were busy, but there was nobody at the facility and she was still upset that she had to do her job.

Stacy was very polite! The facility is extremely clean. I love the furniture. I like the fact that they had alcohol preps so you could clean the kiosk touch screens. They also had ample hand sanitizer. I was in and out lighting fast!

I arrived at 8 am Saturday, and Stacy was professional, efficient and fast. I absolutely love my experience getting blood drawn today ❤️
