I needed to see a Healthcare professional. Did not have the time to go to urgent care or ER. And getting into my Doctor is a nightmare. Took a chance on Minute Clinic and I received great care and was feeling a lot better the next day. My NP was great and explained everything!! In and out in 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone! I went to the Pickerington location.

Very professional and efficient clinic. There were several other patients being treated, but all were being seen within their scheduled times. Clinic is always clean and well maintained. I come here for any tests, vaccinations that are not available at my PCP office.

They are a hit or miss. Today, they sucked. I walked in on time for my appointment while checking on the phone. 2 separate people in the waiting area, and a lady who walks in front of me is using a computer to check in. Staff came out to ask her when her appointment was which was 30 minutes after mine but they tell her to come on back while you have others in the waiting room and me with an appointment for now and not 30 minutes later. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Do not waste your time attending this minute clinic. i wish there was a more efficient way for me to send in a proper complaint and concern about a minute clinic health care “provider” but this review will have to do and hopefully it helps someone else! I had a nurse practitioner named Ashley Green, tell me straight up “i do not know what to do i can not help you” one minute into my appt when she didn’t even physically evaluate me or ask any in depth questions after i expressed having concerns about my veins and leg/ body pain. which is an extremely alarming statement from a healthcare provider who is supposed to help guide you in the right direction for your health. she was rude, and when i expressed to her that statement is alarming she got defensive and told me to stop giving her an attitude? My health is serious and i would like to know healthcare providers also take it seriously otherwise find a different career path. for anyone with health concerns, take some extra time and just find a proper and REAL healthcare to attend! trust me! your health is important and do not let a inexperienced provider tell you otherwise ? I ended up going to another healthcare provider right after who was tremendous help and i had expressed to them what happened to me here at cvs and they told me they apologized and no healthcare provider should ever say we can’t don’t anything for you. so just remember do not let one rotten healthcare provider discourage you! go see another one! ?

They decided to turn away my crying niece who did end up having a double ear infection because they close in 10 minutes. UNETHICAL!! They were rude and gave no apology. I’m calling to complain as I’m typing this and have been on hold for HOURS! This place is a joke and has been reported to the BBB. Save yourself the headache and find another place to go.

Ran my granddaughter in with a sudden severe earache and they wouldn’t see her even though she was in tears. Granted they were closing in 10 minutes but… they were still open. The CNP’s response was just “We’re done for the day.” No sorry. Nothing.

Do not use them if you have any other choice. Horrible experience and took 5 phone calls back to get any help with their errors. Passed me around errors like a ping pong ball. Horrid. 0/10, do not recommend
