Had set of tires installed that I purchased online from Tire Rack.
Had 7:30 am appointment scheduled. They did get me in as scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Clearly they were understaffed but still nice and helpful.

I recently had an oil change and four new tires installed. The very next day, I began hearing a rattle underneath the car—something that had never happened before the service. I called customer service, explained the situation, and was told to bring the car back in so they could check it out.
When I arrived, the front desk associate was polite and helpful, but after she spoke with the store manager, the experience went downhill quickly. The manager came out extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted there was no way the rattle could be related to the services performed—despite never even looking at the car. He also said there would be a $39 inspection fee, something that was never mentioned during my phone call.
Overall, the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be recommending it to others.

The staff at Mr Tire beyond excellent and very knowledgeable. They deserve a 100/5. I will be returning to them for any and all future vehicle repairs.

I knew I needed new tires, new brake pads, and possibly more so I chose Mr. Tire in Pickerington. Based on a previous interaction that went very well, I had high hopes and they did not disappoint.
The manager/technician diagnosed the problems and fixed them promptly, without fuss, and did not attempt to sell me services I did not need.
Scheduling was rapid, turnaround was timely, and I left knowing I'd spent my money wisely. I learned a bit about basic annual maintenance and how to spot future problrms before they turn into something expensive.
I am not well-versed in auto maintenance and could have easily been duped into needless services, but the manager went out of his way to explain why I did NOT need more and thoroughly explained the services he did recommend. I cannot express how important this is when dealing with vehicles where almost every repair can be costly.

Has tires put on very satisfied the staff was very friendly and timewise. The car was finished as they predicted it would be so no Additional time and waiting thank you Mr. Tires They just said good job. I referred one of my friends to them to get tires and installed as well.

Took my car in on 8/18/24 to get new tires. Here I am a couple months later trying to get my brakes changed and can’t get the lug nuts off on the rear drivers side. Called just to be told that he won’t do anything about it and got hung up on. I will not come back and give this place any more money. Here’s a though, maybe hire some people that can actually change tires without screwing everything up.

Took the car in for an oil change on Sunday and haven’t gotten my car back yet. Went up there on Monday after work. Was told by Patrick that the part for my car was ordered by Robert the manager. He (Patrick) even walked away to call Robert to verify that the part was ordered and would be in on Tuesday (today). Call them today only for Robert to tell me the part was never ordered! Then has an attitude because I wanted corporate number. He gave me his boss number (Deb) I speak with her tells her what’s going on she proceed to tell me she will call back. Never did ended up calling her back she has poor communication as well. Then wants to blame Patrick because he has a disability and I guess she and Robert is saying that Patrick lied. The whole store has poor communication. Have no type of customer service to even give me a call back to ensure me that everything is okay or that the part is or was ordered. I have to keep calling them and half the time they don’t even answer the phone. I’m so over this place and the poor service that they have!!

Mr.Tire was so quick to get me in and helpful during my service. They asked great follow up questions and made sure I understood what was being done! Highly recommend
