One patient had a negative experience with a dayshift epidural woman who was very negative and rude. Another patient had a broken room temperature control, causing a cold room and delaying a baby’s bath. A different patient felt their severe pain was dismissed as Braxton Hicks when they actually had chorioamnionitis, and they were only offered Tylenol. Another patient wished nurses took more action to fix the room temperature and help with breastfeeding. Overall, the hospital is highly recommended for delivery and for the NICU, with amazing staff and care, though some patients suggest being firm about needs.
