They don't know the word: customer service. You are happy for the celebration you are planning, but here they make you lose your joy... I think the employees do not enjoy their work, and they make a bad face, they serve reluctantly... I will never return to this place

I visited this party city a few days ago and asked the employee there if I could bring in foil balloons I had purchased at a different party city to be blown up closer to my son's birthday party. This employee told me yes absolutely no problem and was super nice. I went back in today to this party City (40 minutes from my house) to get these balloons, blown up and Terry ( I'm assuming the manager) Was almost excited and happy to tell me that he would not blow these balloons up for me because they could not have came from party city and without a receipt, there was no proof. Not to mention, I was purchasing additional balloons today, and I walked out empty-handed because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. Party city lost out on additional sales because their manager would not blow up a dollar worth of helium in balloons that I did in fact purchase at another party City. I will not be back to this party city.

A ton of workers were blowing up balloons, and only one young guy was running the checkout line. There was a long line waiting to check out, and it took a while. Once we finally made it to check out, the gentleman was polite and apologized for the wait.

The options for decorating was very good. Lots of themes to choose from. It made decorating for a party very simple even though I'm not very creative. Some of the prices were high, but the convenience was worth it. I loved what I did buy there including a very cute themed balloon bouquet.When I initially went to buy my supplies, most of the staff were underwhelming. Not very friendly and seemed less than excited to be there. I felt I was bothering them by buying stuff.Fortunately, when I went to pick up my balloons, there was a very nice older gentleman who made up for it. He was super friendly even though I could tell they were busy.Will probably go again for parties because of the great party supply options but won't necessarily expect a great customer service experience.

Today, I tried to return some Halloween costumes that did not fit. Unknowingly, I bought these without reviewing their return policy. For any holiday supplies, they do not let you return it within 7 days of the holiday. I get that it is hard to sell things close to the date, but I bought Halloween costumes that did not fit, spent 80 bucks, and only got store credit. I bought them 5 days before Halloween, so there was no hope for me. After I use up this stupid credit, I will never be shopping here again, that's for sure. The costumes I got on Amazon were better quality and returnable. Don't shop for holiday things here, or at all quite frankly.

Service at this location is slow. A simple balloon inflation took 30 min. The store was not busy.
