Kennedy was an absolute champ helping me pick a jacket for my pitty. I changed my mind 17 times—basically hosting my own personal fashion meltdown—& she stayed patient like she was training for the Customer Service Olympics. Honestly, I think she deserves hazard pay.

This review is for Hannah! Just wanted to say you did amazing with helping us pick our beautiful German Shepherd puppy and I know that you’re worried about her being a little bit bitey but as soon as we brought her home, she was amazing. She calmed down and has been so loving and such a sweet girl! Thank you so much number one for being honest and I appreciated you being down to earth and really taking the time to help us with this beautiful. I will be coming back to your location, even though it’s farther away than some of the others because of you! Thank you so much

Would not recommend buying a puppy from any pet land unless you want your heartbroken bought one from here in late August to find out he has a heart problem and probably won’t make it to his first birthday. Bought a dachshund 10 years ago from a petland close to me (I’m in Pennsylvania) for me to have to put him to sleep at the age of 3 for some hereditary stomach problems then bought another dachshund from a different petland thinking ok I’ll try a different petland it’ll have to have a better outcome right? Nope bought him with Respiratory issues allergies and bad breeding that caused him to have to have back surgery at 2. The amount of money they are charging for these dogs are ridiculous giving the fact they aren’t healthy and don’t get to live a long happy healthy lives and the three year health guarantee isn’t a Guarantee they only cover up to the purchase price of the puppy which I mean is shit because you’ll blow thru that just after a few vet visits figuring out what is wrong with your new “healthy” puppy that’s not supposed to have anything wrong with it 🙄 would also like to add do your research google petland lawsuit and you will see multiple lawsuits wish I would have done this first becuse i definitely wouldn’t be sitting here writing a review like this

Stephanie & Emily were AMAZINGGG! Came in today & left with a beautiful new puppy along with so many new things to make her happy!! They even helped us with things our other pets might need as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!
