I came on the Saturday after Black Friday right at opening to pick up FROMM dog food. At the check out the associate was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She noticed I was buying salmon food and gave me some sample salmon treats. My dog LOVED the sample treats. She brought warmth to the store and started my day off GREAT. Small acts of kindness can go a long way. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of food, treats, bathing needs, health needs, etc….
Very clean and nice place to shop for any pet needs. Heavenly Hound to help your anxious dog works wonders! I recommend stating off very small amounts as it doesn’t seem to take much to get desired effect.

The staff at Hollywood Feed immediately asked me if i needed any help, which I truly appreciated. She showed me what I was looking for and gave me information on the products that I was purchasing. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Costumer service was 10/10, the young man who helped me (name maybe starts with a D) was very knowledgeable and also asked about any allergies before giving my pup a treat! Also it’s a very beautiful store.

Came to this location because my usual o e was out of the kitten food I needed. Staff were great and had the food ready when I got there. Was worth the drive from New Albany area.
