I suggested this location to a friend bc it’s small and tucked in safely. The company is run by the storage facility off 204 behind the theater. Every time we enter the facility to check on her vehicle (she pays a spot fee) it is standing in water. It’s disgusting there, the small pop up by it is always in water and frogs are jumping around bc of the standing water and a dragon fly was there bc it’s more then a puddle it’s standing body of water most days and only takes one rain to make that happen. There is even water plants growing up around the different vehicles. It stinks and the rocks are slick and mossy. There is no sense in that, it would be easy if they just replaced the rock, it’s thin with rock in that area and unnecessary. It’s like the property has been forgotten and the renters don’t matter. Not to mention no one parks straight over there but again there are no lines so who would know what’s right or not. Just said that I recommended it, use to be an excellent place to rent but not anymore.
