They don’t want people coming in but the atm won’t let you get more than $600…..so you go inside and it takes half an hour to wait on 3 people. It’s worse than the DMV.

The notary, Holly, is incompetent. She had to ask 6 different people if she is allowed to notarize a simple document. Called Huntington while waiting for her to figure it out and drove over and was out in minutes. Don’t offer a service if you don’t know how to perform that service.

UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY!!""Bank Officers"" lack followup with Customers. Customers are treated like a number, rather than a VALUED ASSET. The ""OFFICERS"" NEED TO REMEMBER WHY THEY ARE AT THIS BRANCH.

Make sure you watch the tellers very closely and count your money yourself before leaving very poor job on pnc investigation they wouldn't even go over the cameras all they could tell me was that everything on their end was accounted for but what about my money that's not accounted for I don't even care about getting the money back really I care about this happening again to someone else getting rob by the teller with a smile on their face shame shame shame pnc

I cannot say enough about how unprofessional this bank is! After not getting an answer to a "simple" question I was transferred to the customer service line and... OOPS! They answered the phone 'accidentally' so I listened to them chat in their call center for about 6 minutes.... Never did get a response from anyone. This was not my first experience with the extraordinary lack of customer service from PNC Pickerington

The teller didn't know anything and acted like she didn't care that she didn't know anything. I gave it 2 stars because the relationship banker was super awesome prior to this visit.
