If I could give them less than one star I would. I went in thinking they would do a good job, but I should have known when they were doing my nails in the back of the salon in a very cold room (in a cold room it takes MUCH longer for the acrylic to set). It took over an hour for that part because the acrylic would not set. I asked Neary Sath if she could thicken my nails up, but the she said that when the gel went on it would make the nails thicker. After everything was said and done my nails looked a little thinner than I would have hope for, but Neary said that they would be fine. I came in on a Thursday. Literally the next day one of my nails broke opening an eyelash box. I had a weekend long event to attend to so I couldn’t go back until Monday. By the time the weekend ended 4 nails had broken off. When I went back they said my nails broke bc “of their length”. I do nails myself but I decided to go somewhere to get my nails done that time & I knew FOR A FACT it was not the length but it was because they did not put enough acrylic. So instead of being honest they TRIED to lie to me to try to cover themselves. I honestly believe Neary had no idea what she was doing & that’s that. I came in on June 20, 2018 & I thought I wouldn’t give them a bad review, but everytime I think of this place or pass it I get upset all over again. Personally, I will never set a foot in this place again. If you want a good nail salon check out CK Nails in Pickerington. They do a good job EVERY time.Service: Nail designs

They were super friendly there. I read such good reviews and this was my first time getting my nails done in 3 years and I was so excited. I came in with a simple easy reference photo and as bad as I feel to say this- this is the worst set I’ve had in my whole life. I feel so bad bc of how nice they were but I was there for 2 hours to leave with crooked chipped acrylics that are already lifting after 3 days… I paid a fair price of $50 and even tipped her $20 bc of how nice she was but it’s so dark in there I didn’t see how bad they looked until I got in the car and the more i look at them the worse they look ? (the first photo was my reference and the rest are my actual nails)

The BEST! I had gone to a bad place and they ruined my nails, Stephanie fixed me up good and I was SATISFIED! The entire place was neat, clean, and super friendly. I felt right at home. They made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. Totally recommend to everyone

Wanted to give raving reviews when i went here bc of the good reviews on line. The shop still has Posh Nails on the building although it is Aroma nails. Natalia is awesome and did my daughter's nails. However, she is no longer there. The person who did my pedicure did not seem very experienced. I've never had hot towels forva pedicure just laid on top of your feet vs. wrapping your entire foot in the hot towels. The staff is nice, however, the facility could be a lot cleaner. Lots of dust on the shelves, floor is old and pedicure chairs are cracked/peeling of the leather material. They did have 1 nicely fresh painted wall, but the waiting room is dark with soiled pillows and other areas need to be brightened up and cleaned. I understand being new, ie.,rebranding from Posh Nails to Aroma, but cleaning doesn't cost much. It takes away from the overall experience of relaxing and enjoying the services in addition to questioning the sanitation of the facility when it is not clean.

I originally came in for acrylic nails. The owner said they didn’t have time for acrylic set and asked if I was willing to do a dip powder, I went ahead and went with it. Well I took over a hour to do my nails dip with tips, the guy who did my nails DIDNT do the right color, and didn’t put a top coat on my nails. I didn’t get why it took over a hour to do dip but I couldn’t get a French tip acrylic set that would of taken less time. Needless to say I called back later that day because the dip powder was bubbling on my nail they said they were willing to fix my nails. One day later one nail broke and chipped. I had gotten my nails done on a Wednesday evening after work and by Sunday my nails I had completely torn them off because multiple chipped and broke off. The owner was willing to fix them but that sunday I had a appointment with the salon I needed to cancel, it is very hard to set up appointments and sometimes keep with my work schedule being the worst hours and juggling kids.. I asked if I could get a refund or half off a service next time I came in she was willing to give me half off a service. Well a week later I go in with no appointment, I have maternity pictures next week and today found spare time to leave the house they couldn’t get me in and asked if I wanted to schedule a appointment for the upcoming week I told them no I can’t do that. I got very upset and that’s when I asked if I could get a refund, they were not willing to do so. I then was told if I come back I can get 25% off a service, well originally they told me 50%. So basically I have to pay full price someplace else to have my nails done and wasted 60$ on a service that was horrible to begin with. Worst experience ever.Service: Dip powder

My overall experience at Posh Nail was disappointing. I was really looking forward to finding my new go to salon however this is not the one for me. The employees were overall very nice and very helpful, but the quality of work was not as good as I was hoping for. I have polish surrounding my toenails on my skin and my cuticles were barely cut.

So I was very nervous about getting my nails done as it’s been a while and I had no idea what shop to choose since moving to Columbus. However, Cathy and Dylan did my nails and they look fantastic! This was my first time getting my nails dipped as I usually do gel and I was not disappointed. I am so happy with the service they provided. They both were so nice and friendly. It was an overall great experience. I definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone. They definitely have a repeat customer in me!Service: Dip powder

First visit here and I had great service. Natailyiah was very pleasant to work with and she did a wonderful job on my dip nail sevice. I will be returning soon to have lashes done by Christy who was pleasant, explaining her process.

I took my girls to Posh/Aroma Nails and discussed what the girls wanted done with the nail tech Natilylah ( Lyndsey). At the end of the service the bill was totally different from what service I discussed with the one nail tech Natilylah. Really, $214 dollars for two people?? One service was supposed to be gel polish and a basic pedicure. At most the one service for one person should of been, $58. Poor customer service and poor communication!! Never going back. I will tell everyone I know of this experience Disgusted Customer

I got dip polish and it lasted a week. I even left that day and my nail was not shaped right. My gel manicure did turn out good though. However I had two different people take care of me.
