Justin was incredible with helping my mom redo her basic routine, and even helped me pick out a lip gloss. My mom left feeling super happy with her new items and felt like Justin really took the time to make sure we got everything right before we left. It was the first time in a while we left Ulta feeling like an employee actually wanted to help us. If you ever need a good recommendation or shade match at the Pickerington store, ask for Justin!

Don’t come here unless u wanna feel harassed or discriminated especially if your Latina/hispanic. I never seen a manager with a red shirt and blue jeans constantly watch what I’m doing because everything there has different colors than what the label says. So uncomfortable I obviously see you don’t you have something else to do than pick on a 20 year old Latina girl? Only reason I’m giving this 1 star is because of the cashier RACHEL. She was amazing and made my anxiety come down completely her aura was absolutely comforting. Thank you for being so sweet!

Meghann was amazing and knowledgeable. I told her my problems with my foundation and she helped me find a better one that meets my needs. She also helped me pick out a great primer and brush. I was so overwhelmed so when she stepped into help me I was so grateful and I’m excited to try my new goodies!!

Low stock. Messy store. Filthy restroom. No one greeted or spoke to me for the 30 min I was in the store. Only carries big brands based in the US. Newer products take longer to get in stock here.

They honestly need to shut the store down and do a hiring event because every single time I walk in this store their employees have a NASTY attitude. No one is friendly or welcoming. I had a cashier that was honestly the reason I’ll never be back. She was rude, condescending and flat out mean. She has no personality, I love Ulta but this location is a poor representation of the brand

I have no words. I can't stress enough and must warn people not to go or take their kids to Ulta in Pickerington. We were so excited to get our baby's ears pierced. Unfortunately, the lady named Ari who did the piercing messed up and wasn't even close to the purple dot marked on her ear. Luckily, since it was so far off, she was able to try again since the piercing was in a different spot and after that one was done, I even said "are you sure they are aligned? That one looks higher than the other." She didn't listen to my concerns and disregarded them. Come to find out, I was right and the two earrings were definitely not aligned. The left ear was significantly higher than the right. Now we have 3 holes to take care of versus 2. Apparently, we can't fix it cause it takes 6 months for the inner ear to heal and then in 6 months she will be able to pull on her ears causing infections. When I called and spoke to two managers, the second manager told me that Ulta only cares about making money and Ari who did her ears, was just trained 7 days ago and confirmed that this was all new to her. What Ari should have done was be honest and say that she is new and to come back on a day where someone experienced in piercing baby's ears could do it. Now my beautiful 3 month old baby girl is disfigured due to people not caring what is best and only concerned with making money, even if the person doing it isn't experienced enough. I will never go back to Ulta Beauty. I am so upset and do not want our horrific experience to happen to someone else.

I absolutely hope this gets back to the gentleman who helped me in Ulta today. I came in desperately needing help as I am in my 40s and I had no clue where to start as I’ve never worn make up aside from mascara. He took the time and I mean quite a bit to match my skin tone with the perfect color of foundation that was lightweight and breathable. He also assisted me in finding a wonderful SPF moisturizer. I took the products home this evening and applied them to my face and it makes me feel refreshed and new. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to go above and beyond. You are appreciated more than you will ever know.
