This will be at least the 5th time that packages were supposed to picked up per Usps confirmation. And I was also expected to receive two packages via USPS according to their website out for for delivery as of 7:30 this morning. Neither pick up or delivery happened today. The email from the shipper later today, delivery was attempted and nothing happened. That is a bold faced lie, as the carrier delivered mail to my mailbox as I watched them. There was no delivery attempt or pick up as you would expect to see someone actually get out of the truck, however that did not happened. I had a meeting with 2 individuals at my house today and I couldn't run and catch them. So my only thought was there were 3 cars in my driveway as opposed to 1 or 2 cars. My driveway is large enough to accommodate 4 cars if not more. So not only did they not even bother to do their job but outright lied about. I have talked to the post master at our local office at least on 2 separate occasions, but apparently she does not have any authority over the carriers and what they do. I can no longer call the local post office because I get the automated system and promises me to call me in 1 to 2 business days. Big whoop!!! I can understand being overlooked or simple error as we are all human, but this keeps happening over and over again. What are we paying for? I am on route 4 in Pickerington.
Also because I just wanted to find out the holiday hours for today so I didn't make a wasted trip to get my packages that weren't picked up, to the post office, I can't even call for that. Luckily I saw another carrier in another neighborhood who was more than willing to take my packages and a very big thanks to him as he didn't have to do that if someone had actually done their job today.

Ms D was great person who took her time to serve me. Thank you and May God bless you. Stolen was closing the line at me when I was trying to get my son a passport he refused to serve me. Unprofessional guy ever.

I've been expecting an important legal document coming certified mail. My mail carrier has not tried to deliver. I've been home. Just too lazy to knock on my door or ring the bell. I know this because the notice is in my mailbox but taped to my door as is supposed to be. Disappointing. You are getting paid to do a job. Why not just do it?

Branch is total garbage. Intentionally ignores the phone, because they don't feel like doing anything but the bare minimum, which is barely speaking to people that walk in. Don't bother calling. You'll be taking yourself there in person if a matter requires it.

The lady working the front desk end of the shift dec 13 is very lazy only talked about how she is ready to go home.
She simply would not print a label out for me because it was near the end of shift.
Where is the customer service at...she should not be working with customers at all.

had a very unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unprofessional experience when attempting to drop a package off today. i asked for tape for my package this afternoon. they did not have any rolls for purchase as i have seen in other post offices, and i was unaware that it was policy that they do not tape packages for you. instead of saying something along the lines of “sorry, we are not able to tape packages, it’s our policy…” the clerk at the next counter over (who was in the middle of helping another person) snapped, and started ranting, almost to the point of throwing a tantrum, about how customers need to tape their own packages and not expect them to do it themselves. this went on the entire time i was being helped, the clerk who was actually helping me was unable to even get a word in. all the while, the angry clerk wasn’t even speaking directly to me, just outwardly complaining about how much of a nuisance i was as a customer. i wish i had thought to glance for this lady’s name, so i could call her out for being an immature, rude worker. only go to this location if you are just dropping off, don’t go there if you actually need help or need to interact with someone.

The absolute worst. They have no idea what CS is worst. Everyone, especially the Black lady with short hair, including the manager, is extremely rude at the location. You don’t like to work, especially at the front desk. Ask them to move you or get a different job. This is not a free service; stop acting like it is. My boy needs certain things for medical appointments; sometimes, they run behind. I’ve tried to get my package, but the online portal says I cannot retrieve it. Well, they don’t care no matter how important your medical things are. I have a PO Box at a different location because I refuse to deal with them when possible.
On a funny note, she made sure I wasn’t recording her. I had a small giggle about what the world has come to. She knows her behavior is not OK and will act differently if a camera is turned on.

I'd rather ship my packages via horse and buggy than use this location. Every time i go in there the people are rude and lazy. The employees will start helping you then randomly stop and help someone else or help another employee.

I've been selling and shipping jewelry for almost three years and have never had an issue with this post office (except one that was my fault, which they helped me with), the employees have been very helpful and I've never had a package go missing!
