Called spoke to a young girl who I was told is the manager. I let her know I came in there about 6pm and purchased a case of Diet Pepsi and it expired December 2023. She had the overly nice and sarcastic customer service voice. Almost like why are you calling about this. Told her I wasn’t calling for a refund but to let them know so they can check the cases of pops.

They fill RX here pretty quickly. The only issue I’ve ever had is if RX is sent over shortly before or during their lunch hour.. had a couple get a little lost in the pile because they were sent around their lunch time & it took couple hours to get fulfilled. Otherwise, they’re really fast. I’ve also ordered online many times with pickups both in-store & curbside. Turnaround on those orders is usually quick as well. Staff is friendly & helpful.

The staff is friendly enough but good luck if you need to call the pharmacy.. Every time I’ve tried to call it is at least 30 minutes before you get to speak to anyone. I miss Kroger, I’m forced here by insurance… They need to hire more people!

Had a 1030 appointment for a covd shot on 9/19. I get there to find out they are taking walk ins. Needless to say it became first come first served. God forbid they should honor the appointment. Wait time became almost an hour

I’ve started visiting Walgreens, more and more ever since Express Scripts dropped Kroger. Or maybe it was the other way around. I managed to get shots there, short term, medical supplies, and the occasional junk food thing. A good store.

I just got out of this service point, and the service at the pharmacy was terrible, a dark-haired woman was at the checkout, and she treated me rudely, indifferent, she didn't care that I had already gone to the Winchester canal point, she just said not here Your medicine is there, and you told me to return to the Winchester channel, what a disappointment the attention of this pharmacy.

Pickerington Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. They tell you something is in, text you, email you. But when you go to get it, it’s on back order. Several times this has happened.

Staff is a bunch of kids huddled in the photo corner talking. Usually a couple of teenagers back in the make up section stealing everything. When you need to check out they ignore you. When you asked to be helped one will sigh loudly and intentionally walk slow to check you out. All the while ignoring shop lifters stuffing their purses with make-up

I'm a new customer @ this pharmacy Walgreens. Bernadine @ the pharmacy desk was very rude & nasty horrible. She doesn't need to be in customer care. Will find a different pharmacy.
