Ive slowly stopped going to Ace over the last few years simply because the service keeps going south. This last time was it for me, I have an old car and managed to find some original uncut keys. Kyle refused to cut the keys even though he had the ability too because I didn’t buy the generic ones Ace sold. I told him I wasnt expecting anything free and would pay whatever the price the keys cost, just use the ones I had. He still refused. This was also after the 2 employees took 15 minutes to find him even though I was literally the only customer in the store.

They are A small hardware but have alot and are friendly .I made copy of key here and got paint here in the past.Nice staff

Horrible service. They don't honor the coupons they send for being a rewards member and the staff is clueless. Save your self the trouble and just go to Home Depot or Lowes.

Piqua Ace Hardware is a small town hardware store that actually had the part for my 30 year old toilet that I was looking for. Without having to walk 5 miles to find it. Very friendly store.???
