I had my car towed to Anytime Auto Service on County Rd 25A In Piqua, Ohio July 25, 2024 to see what was wrong with my car. Denny car me and told me that I needed an alternator. He said that my alternator wasn't charging, and that's why my battery kept dying. My alternator was draining my battery. I asked him, would he be able to fix my car that same day because I had to get on the road to go back to Alabama that same day. He said yes but he had 3 or 4 cars to fix before he could get to mine, but he said that he could get it done before he closes. So I asked what time that will be? He said that it's when he gets finished with it, and that it could be 12:00 midnight. I then told him that I need it before 3:00 pm, because that's when I was leaving for Alabama. I said" I will call him back to let him know if I wanted him to fix my car or not. When I called him back to let him know that I was gonna have my car towed to Cooper, because he chargest way less then the $325 that Denny at Anytime auto charge. When I called him back, he told me that he was working on my car. I didn't give him the okay to fix my car, he took it upon himself and started working on my car without my permission. Since he had already started working, I didn't say anything, I just let him go ahead and fix it. When I got back from Alabama, Friday July 9th 2024 I paid him $325 cash and got my car. He didn't fix my car right, it has a loud noise coming from the alternator, I took my car back the following Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Didn't make time to check my car, not once outta of those 3 days. So I asked could I just bring it back Monday, he said " yes that will be great, bring it at 9:00 am, I was there at 8:55 am. He was working on someone else's car. I had sit out there for over 20 minutes before he came out there to tell me that I need to go home and he will call me in about 3 hours for to bring it back. He never called me back, so I called him several times, he kept rejecting my calls. So when the phone finally rung and went to his voice mail, I left him a message. Which said"I waited on your call but you never called me, so you need to fix my car or refund me my money. He called me back then, and told me that he's not gonna check my car for free, and that he's not gonna work on it anymore, and wasn't gonna refund me no money back. So I told him that I was gonna take him to court. Oh, he told me that my air compresser was brokeand that it wasn't bolted down. He broke it and wanted me to think that it was already broke. When actually he did it. My car is worse than it was, and my battery is still dying, it's dead now, car won't start. I bet he didn't even put my New alternator that he got from Auto zone that I purchased, that has a life time warranty on. Don't lie on me, saying that I was rude, when it was you that was rude on the phone. And for someone that wanted something for nothing, I didn't have no problem paying you $325 for a job that you didn't do!!!!

Such an amazing place we couldn’t find a glove box anywhere for our car unless we did eBay and it would cost a arm and leg dennie sold us one for 40$ I’m so thankful to of found him

Their service was amazing, and they went way out of their way for us. We were on our way to Tennessee from Michigan, and our car broke down near the exit by the shop. The owner and his wife changed their plans and immediately met us at the shop to look at our car. They were able to fix this problem within an hour, and then we were back on the road for vacation. We are amazed at their customer service and so so lucky they were great people. We will forever be thankful!

My daughter used them they tow the car with three wheels to dayton charge her $400 and didn't but nothing under the broken wheel

they have my 2014 fusion right now and even with it taking a little more time than it was supposed to i at least know that it will get done right. my cars injectors arent working when you crank the car and they offered to pay the ford dealership to run a diagnostics test on my car to get to the true issue and that alone shows me they care. so denny and todd i want to thank you for helping me get my car back to running as good as newServices: Auto engine tuning

Honest, fast work. Put on new heating system and fixed radiator leaks in my Grand Caravan, fixed the axle in an old Park Ave. Buick, fixed my son's truck. I will go to noone else!

Pros: Very nice guys, however. They communicate well to a point. Quick turn around times, may not be a good thing all the time.Cons: They had my car twice over a period of 5 days (a holiday weekend was in between visits) the problem wasn't fixed on the second visit either, it was actually worse.. I had to give at least one star, couldn't leave zero stars. I took my vehicle to this shop twice in a matter of days and ended up going to another shop and having the same repairs done for the 3rd time before anything was fixed. The problem was not resolved on the 1st or 2nd visi to this shop, and they even told to bring it in back a 3rd time and they would TRY to figure it out, that was followed up with then telling me they had NEVER replaced a compressor in a Nissan Rogue. So why would I go back, they already "TRIED" twice to fix it and both times the compressor quit working within 90 minutes of leaving the garage and they would not answer the phone the same day, nothing they did was working, but they still charged me over $500 to make repairs they did not make. They also did other damage while "TRYING" to make this repair. When I took it to the new shop in Vandalia they replaced the part that was supposedly replaced to begin with they charged me for a new part that wasn't replaced, and get this, the new shop did it right the first time, and repaired the other things that were damaged. I had to pay out another $1000 at the new shop, but it was fixed and guaranteed. They encouraged me to take Anytime Auto to court and get my money back. Had Anytime Auto had just been honest with me and told me that they didn't know what they were doing, which they did eventually admit, I would have gone elsewhere and saved the $525 I gave them for repaiing absolutely nothing!! Before you leave your car here for a major repair be sure to ask them if they have had experience at repairng what is needed. If they are honest and tell you know, ease find another shop.
