Judy was extremely pleasant professional and very knowledgeable and patient. Challenging with small feet ,pronation, & flat footed ! Brought out multiple pairs in my size. amazing service and looked at how my feet moved while walking to make sure I got the best fit for me.if not in stock they will gladly order it for you and excellent fair pricing. My new go to store! 🙂

I went to the Celina location inside Rush Sports Complex. I told the associate, Mandy what I was looking for, and she brought out four options for me to try on and walk around in. She was super friendly and I ended up with a new pair of Sacony’s! Great experience!

Took my son in to get shoes for the upcoming cross country season. Our salesperson was polite, helpful and put our son right at ease. She had him try on 5 pairs of shoes, watched how he walked and ran and gave her recommendation between two pairs. He tried on an 11.5. They fit, but won’t for very long. They did not have a 12 in stock, and instead of pushing the 11.5 just to make a sale, she offered to order a 12 and have it delivered right to our home. Excellent knowledge and excellent customer service. Definitely found our place for making running shoe purchases!

Very disappointed in this store and whatever sales associate worked that day. My mother needed new walking shoes and is elderly. Her past walking shoes have been a 9 wide and fit well. Visiting your store, she was told there were no half sizes and no wide. This should have been the moment that the salesperson apologized and maybe suggested she get shoes elsewhere. Nope. What they did was advised her she needed shoes ONE FULL SIZE bigger than she wears and that would help with the wide shoe issue. Not only is this inaccurate (I’ve been a runner my whole adult life and only go up 1/2 size depending on brand & activity) but is DANGEROUS for an older woman to have such a large shoe that could cause her to fall & trip… terrible, terrible advice. She tried them & would lose her balance. Not only that, the style of shoe that was suggested for her was unacceptable as well. I have helped her resolve this issue, advised her to not step foot in your store again & will help her purchase shoes online that have her size (or half size if she wants to try that) and the width she needs. Not sure if it is a lack of training issue or just plain terrible customer service issue. Almost felt like whatever staff person helped her did NOT listen to her needs or wants and just tried to make a sale! Anyone who will listen, I will tell them to avoid your store! No one should be advised to buy a shoe one size bigger than their current workout shoe if that size felt good and there was enough room for toes in the toe box. I measured and yup, she needed a 9W but was sold a 10M. Very bad.
