“If you're looking for excellent customer service, amazingly friendly people, and a hometown credit union the Piqua branch is the place for you. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction. I recently received a fraud text alert notification from MyUsa. Somehow scammers had obtained my credit card info and attempted to use it to pay for a $300.00 purchase. I immediately canceled my card and requested a new one. When my card didn't arrive from corporate in the promised time, I stopped by my branch to let them know. Now I'm going to give a HUGE shout out to MacKenzie Sasks, the very nice girl who somehow manged to have my new card in less than twenty four hours. She said it would be at the branch office by three o'clock and it was. Even more impressive is that she called me at home at 2:55 to tell me it had arrived. What???? Actual caring customer service?? Yes indeed! Great job Piqua branch!!!”
