Had to stop in the sell back some old items. Monet was the only person working and was a huge help. Answered all my questions professionally and with a smile. Also had a very good conversation about book and other game recommendations while she was testing out some products. 5 star employee! Keep up the good work!

Went to trade in my Xbox in the morning and was given one price however forgot a cable and went home. Took it back that evening and they gave me a price of about 50 dollars less. They guy I talked to in morning said that there was nothing wrong with the controller,but the lady in the evening said there was. Did nothing to the controller when I got home BAD BUSINESS.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Dont ask to ever see anything because they will treat you like a criminal who's going to steal. I even had my work name tag on. Had I stole I would have also then lost my job and got charged.. smh. Super excellent customer service...NOT.... I GENUINELY hope the girl gets fired for treating people this way. I will be trying to find a way to lodge a formal complaint.

Wish I could give 0. Very unhelpful and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to a better company. Even Walmart is better than this.

Last time purchasing something from this joke of a store. I pre ordered NBA 2k21 and I can't even have it when it releases. Last year they stayed open late so you could get it on time. This year you have to wait until the next day when the open. Should have just bought it online. I won't make that same mistake ever again. I'm done
