The amazing guys here helped us out when our battery died during our trip from Cincinnati to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We showed up the moment they opened, and they were able to get a new battery installed and us back on the road in less than an hour! We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to drop what they were working on to address our issue. ?❤️

Always honest and caring, they will go above and beyond to make sure your car is good to go! They were honest with me about my car being on its last leg instead of doing the work anyway and charging me. They even went up to bat for me on a new car purchase. They're awesome, and take great care of their shop kitty, too!

Fantastic customer service! Courteous, professional, fast, affordable – just great folks to do business with. If I lived nearby K&N would be my shop of choice. I was on I75 traveling from South Carolina to Michigan with my family and needed to make a gas stop. As soon as we hit the offramp at Piqua the “check charging system” warning came on. We filled with gas and found the nearest Advance auto parts hoping it was just the battery and knowing they could test mine and I could purchase one if needed. The issue turned out to be the alternator instead and I was SO not prepared to change an alternator in a parking lot on a sunny, 90+ degree afternoon. Luckily K&N was right next door! I walked over, explained our situation, and they jumped into action immediately. They installed a new alternator and had us back on the road in less than an hour-and-a-half and at a cost much less than I expected.
