Kelli and Monet were two of the saleswomen when I went in. I made a return and shopped around. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk with! I rarely go in-store shopping anywhere, but this was a fabulous experience!

I came in today to see what kind of clothes I could find in plus size! I was not happy a young female was behind the counter on her phone she didn’t even ask me if I needed help finding anything and I did need help I had never been there before! And I won’t be back! How does supervisors or anyone in charge allow some kid to be on her phone while customers are in the store! I get it emergencies pop up but when a customer comes in you should get off your phone and tend to the people! That’s ur job! Thats what’s wrong with todays kids there always on their phones but when u are working it should be turned off! Poor customer service period!!!

This girl was sitting beside the counter I keep asking for help then she said give me a minute I'm on my phone. How can management allow her to work there she clearly doesn't want to work. It's was a very poor experience for me.

So i went in to Maurices in piqua to get my wifes valentine's day present this young girl was sitting behind the counter on her phone. What is with customer service anymore. Makes me not want to shop here anymore.

Great staff. We were greeted right away but didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Lots of great clothes in a variety of sizes from xs to plus sizes. Teens and mom's can shop together!
