I just used the self service kiosk, but the gentleman at the counter made sure to ask if it was working for me okay, and said he is happy to help if I run into any issues. The girl at the counter saw me leaving and told me to have a good day. They were extremely friendly and ready to help. Hard to come by good customer service anymore. They deserve praise!”

“Im not sure of the lady who helped me on the 9th of March but I was heading out of town from my dads funeral from the weekend before. I am absolutely blown away by the service I had from the lady there. I trusted her with my dads military stuff to pack in a box for me as i was heading to the airport. She went above and beyond with how everything was packed. I felt my dads military awards and memories were packed beautifully as if she was packing for her own parents belongings. Truly amazed and feel honored that she took the time to make sure my dads stuff would make it across the country safe and sound. Thank you so much! Please give her like a month sabbatical please.
