The equipment is top notch and works great. Both locations are awesome and always very clean. The customer service is awesome and the best, with the owner quick to resolve any issues. The business provides excellent support through email and phone. The app is easy to use for payment or to join the wash club monthly subscription plan, which is a very good deal and not terribly priced. The plan offers 10 washes a month, with pricing depending on the wash tier chosen; it is definitely worth the price if you use them all and can’t really be beat. Some customers note it can be very difficult to read the prompts on the entrance sign, suggesting improvements for visibility and user-friendliness. However, the service and results consistently leave customers very satisfied and happy, leading to strong recommendations.
