I haven't had any bad experience with the actual post office. My issue is with mail carrier. I don't have a vehicle at the moment. Just because I don't receive mail everyday, they walk past my house. My understanding is that if I have mail on my mailbox to be delivered to post office, they take it. Never had a problem anywhere else I lived. I guess they don't bother to look in complexs.

I have never had such an issue receiving my packages as I have with the Piqua Post office. I try to avoid ordering anything that will use USPS. Sometimes they are able to go back to where they delivered and retrieve the package. Days like today I can't even get anyone to answer the phone and the 800 number is a useless. Package says delivered. Well my box is empty, I have been watching for the truck and I have a ring camera. The mail truck hasn't even been on our street yet.

I work in the old masonic temple next door to the piqua post office. we have had nothing but negative experiences with the workers here since we moved into the building. We do everything in our power to stay out of their way, and be kind when speaking to them. they have yelled at us, called the cops on us for parking in our own spots, we are pretty sure one of your mail trucks swiped our box truck, leaving a dent and scratches, and didnt let us know(we dont have cameras up yet so yall got lucky we cant prove it) and even to the point of trying to report us for working without permits, which news flash: we have everything we need to run as a business! so please just stop acting petty with us. we want nothing to do with you. we have a business to run.

Been having package pickup for a few months since opening ebay store. One pickup I was emailed saying it was successfully picked up. It wasn't. Now a package with a game console is just missing. I printed label at home and had tracking number. They are saying it wasn't retrieved by them. But again it said package pickup successful. Im in a small town. Nobody bothers stuff and I've never had anything stolen. Now I'm out money which I really need and customer is out a game console. Hopefully won't affect my ebay store negatively. Considering using someone else for my packages. Will be more inconvenient for me but maybe I'll have better luck. I'm very upset and disappointed

Mail office never delivers out our mail. Never received half of it and got returned to sender. I wouldn’t come here if you have a choice.

A package of stuffed animals was supposed to be delivered to my home. Mail carrier for some reason (even managers couldn't figure out why) didn't deliver and scanned the package for Office Pickup, put a last attempt notice in my mailbox (it was also the first notice) and didn't fill out most of the form, so noone knew what they were looking for.I go to pick it up, and they can't find it. So a manager takes my name and phone number/info to contact me when the package is found. I come back a week later without being called, and apparently they sent the package back to the sender. They found it, and instead of calling me they shipped it back. Failure at all points of the system, and now I'm the one stuck with fixing it because they bounced it out. Unfortunately there is no way I can figure out to get accountability from them, or some way to gain compensation for my trouble like I could with any other company.TLDR, post office failed at every level, I'm stuck with the problem because they bounced it out of thier system.

For the third time in the last 4 months I will have not gotten the utility bill mailed from from piqua Ohio to piqua Ohio in time to be paid by the due date. Let alone allowing enough time for the bill to be mailed back in.Bills mailed monthly on the 10th due by the 20th as of the 23rd I still haven't received my bill this month. Post offices say we're doing the best we can. If that's true that's not only sad it's indescribable. It is also happened with my natural gas bill and many others. My delivery person has checked and told me there is absolutely no reason why I should get some mail and not others.
